This company is a total Scam, markets 1, they charm you into paying more, then when you say you want your money back, they say pay more to get it back. Partially my own fault, if it sounds too good to be true, it is not. Markets 1 . Allegedly based in Switzerland. Am trying to use a company no win no fee to recover some of the £16000 and I will let Trustpilot know how it goes.

This is 100% scam. Trust me.

All the negative reviews are true. The positive reviews are from people who haven’t yet asked Markets1 enough questions about legitimacy, or who haven’t yet tried to get their money back. I’m not giving names of alternative platforms to use, nor people to contact to claim your money back – this is a simple honest review which I hope others will read (along with all the other negative reviews) and understand that the message is simple – you will regret the day you believed your Markets1 “agent” and handed over your money. I have so far reported them to the FCA, Binance management, and two scam monitoring organisations. Markets1 speak to you like their your friends so as to gain your trust. Don’t make the mistake of firstly allowing them to access your computer via AnyDesk, and secondly by discussing your current investments with them. I never thought I would ever fall for something like this but it shows that it can happen to even the most sceptical of us.

This is SC*M. Please do reject their requests and very professional approach. Initially you need to invest 'only' $250 and easily you will make good profit on tradings. After a few weeks they will convince you to invest more and more. In the end there is no way to withdraw your money or even liquidate the account. To release the money they will ask to transfer the same amount as you planned to withdraw because your account be flagged by Blockchain. Don't do it!

They stopped trading via email requesting a withdrawal off ballance . Its still pending
on Douglas stephens platform trade broker closed account .not answering emails or what's app .Guess what still trading my money haven't seen or heard from anyone won't answer think bad choice

Scammers please don’t put any money in Market one , that will sweet talk you to invest more and more and you can’t get your investment back as they refuse to refund it and they just ignore , fortunate to have only lost £1500

Put in £250 on the phone every night for an hour being told how much money I could make . Then telling me if I put in £10,000 I could make £4,500 per week profit. After 8 days of constant phone calls I said it wasn’t for me so I’d like to close the account and withdraw my money . Funnily enough I’ve never heard from them again and still haven’t had my money back ,my account manager David Best deleted all emails he sent me and hasn’t replied to my email about my withdrawal . I’ve also sent emails to customer services but no reply quick enough to take your money but ignore you when you want it back

Robert Louw has been so professional and patient whilst teaching me the basics of trading. He always telephoned when he said he would and replied to my emails in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him.

They first ask to deposit 250 euros to open an account. If you want your deposit back, no payment will be made. They keep calling you with the best promises, but their businessmodel is misleading unsuspecting consumers and not paying back your deposit money.

I'm not new to investing, I use several on-line platforms to trade on a number of markets. I thought the Markets1 platform would be an equally easy and safe way to access crypto markets - I was wrong! I spent several frustrating hours on the phone with my account manager and later his "secretary" (really...) being walked through the sign up procedures for Markets1 and then setting up an account on another platform (Binance) in order to get credit on to my Markets1 account. 24hours later I wanted a walkthrough of how I get my money out of Markets1 and my account manager was delighted to tell me that the trades (which he had, unbeknown to me, executed on my account the previous day) were in profit. An hour later, having linked to another app (Revolut) in order to get my money into the real world via Finance, I swore and hung up. It would of course have been easier if I'd given my account manager remote access to my laptop - that was a step too far for me! I still haven't got my small investment back into real money, but at least its in semi-trustworthy platform.
I'm not sure if Markets1 is a scam/criminal activity, and as far as I can tell I haven't lost any money (but who knows where my personal info is..), but it's certainly has too many workarounds to be totally legit.

This website is fraudulent. They will build your trust with overly friendly service and even give you small amounts of 'earnings' (my deposit hadn't even left my bank yet). They'll then take all your money and they have no registration details and won't even tell you where they are. Avoid at all costs!

The gains you make will seem too good to be true.

Will pay you back small amounts to fake trust.

When you want to get out, they won't release your "fantastic gains" without Capital Gains Tax payments (CGT), But here is no mechanism for CGT to be collected by anyone other than HMRC.

Avoid like the plague.

Like others on here I am completely new to anything crypto, although of course have read about huge fortunes won and lost. I decided to stick a toe in the water and see what happened prepared for a scam and losses. I've been advised by Megan Rose and she is not only knowledgeable but extremely patient and willing to answer any question - even about the integrity of the whole operation. I ahev also been contacted by Adam, Hayley and Alice who have been extremely helpful. With my tester amount, £200 and then £2000, I received payments into my account immediately. I have continued to share any concerns and have been directed to set up a 'cold wallet' and ledger to safeguard my money. It's early days but so far my experience is very good, a lot of time has been spent if I'm being fleeced! Despite everything being done virtually or over the phone I think I trust these guys more than my bank!.
