Marketplace Superheroes is NOT a scam! They are genuine people sharing a way for others to make another stream of income. I've had a good experience so far and I'm really leaning in to the resources and community to help me along the way. I would definitely recommend you give it a try. :)

Great training programmes, clear, easy to follow and such a supportive community. Training programmes that won't break the bank, but that will help you to diversify and build that income stream.

This company knowingly scammed ten of thousands of dollars out of numerous clientele. Their "masterminds" offer empty promises and ZERO value. They sell events that are costly in time and money, and offer the SAME information that is found in their courses. The services they provide are extremely overpriced, and are available on other platforms that are cheaper and offer better output. They stole THOUSANDS of dollars by offering freight membership, then cutting it off with no recourse. Additionally, they stole products and vendors from clients and gave them to other clients. I encourage everyone to read all the 1 & 2 star reviews. Do not give them a single dime. Look elsewhere.

RESPONSE TO MARKETPLACE SUPERHEROES REPLY:
I am going to address your response because I want this review to be helpful to others who are considering this program. My experience/outcome with your company had nothing to do with my goals, effort, market conditions, or implementation. My goal was very simple: to create a successful Amazon business. My effort and implementation were monumental, as I thoroughly believed and bought into everything you were selling, only to be ripped off and gaslit. I definitely logged in to your programs, several in fact. I was very active in Marketplace Superheroes for many years. My review was high-level, but I will elaborate.

The “masterminds” that I was referring to were Master’s Guild ($6,000) and Unite ($12,000!!!). The events that I was referring to were Amplify ($497), along with many other virtual events that, again, offered no value. I also participated in Accelerate ($495), 90 Day Empire ($197) and other programs and side hustles. The services I was referring to were your copy, listing content, photography, legal, and UK accounting services (to name a few). ALL of these programs and services were extremely overpriced. The mastermind groups and events offered little value beyond the initial program, and the services produced subpar results.

On to Superhero Freight. Firstly, I am amazed (though I probably shouldn’t be) that you are claiming Superhero Freight was not a part of your company, when you know that to be exceedingly false. Although Superhero Freight may not be “offered by your current business today,” it most definitely was offered for several years in which I paid tens of thousands to your team for storage and CBM. Stephen and team sold us a 5 year Superhero Freight membership
for $2,500 and presold us CBM (for an additional cost) under the guise of price assurance. He said that if we prepay for freight and the prices go up, then we would save since we could use our prepaid CBM at the lower rate. A lot of people in the program took advantage of this offer since it seemed like a good deal. Over the next couple of months the price of freight went up and he did not honor his commitment. After we paid the $2,500 membership fee, he only accepted a small percentage of prepaid CBM per shipment (that was NOT how he presented it), and we had to pay the rest of the shipment at a higher cost. Because we could only use a small portion of the CBM per shipment, many people were left with thousands of dollars in CBM that could not be used. Shortly after, Keith and Melissa (who ran the Superhero Freight warehouse) left and started their own company, rendering our membership and prepaid CBM invalid well before its expiration date. NO refunds were given. We were just cut off. Many people quit because they were losing so much money. In fact, members were so upset that Marketplace Superheroes started censoring their Facebook page due to negative comments. So, whether you still offer these programs or not does not change the fact that you are an extremely dishonest company led by the same dishonest people. I could go on about more unethical behaviour from this shady company, but I want people to read this review so I will stop here (unless you want to challenge me further).

For all others reading this review, one might be thinking “Why spend all this money??” Well, I was so naively ambitious that I let Stephen and his colleagues gaslight me into thinking my “mindset” was the problem. That these “exclusive” groups were only for people who were serious about growing their business. When anybody questioned their pricing or their losing strategies, we were told that our mindset was holding us back. Hindsight is always 20/20.

THE BOTTOM LINE:
Can you make money selling on Amazon? Sure, but it is not as quick and easy as they lead you to believe.
Should you pay Marketplace Superheroes to “teach” you? I think the F*** not.

Legit company with a nice and supportive people. Excellent customer service. Very organized in sending reminders to their students about upcoming webinars. Easy to reach out to mentors. I learned a lot.

Live webinar/welcome call is a sure way to prove over the internet that MPSH's course is absolutely real. Furthermore, it was reassuring to listen to the experts explain in person how they will provide guidance and support from the way they touched on all bases that rookies would most likely encounter currently and in the immediate future. They were like mind-readers.

The MPSH staff is amazing and they are genuinely dedicated to helping their students. They keep up with the newest marketplace opportunities (with Amazon as the main one) and I've learned a lot. The lessons are very well made and the resources available are abundant.

MPSH takes their students step by step to learn how to start and operate an Amazon business. MPHS provides superb lessons and instructional materials to study. They also provide other resources such as groups, coaches, weekly calls, and other taylored materials to learn the Amazon business model. MPSH truly want their students to succeed and provide many opportunities to make that happen. They value your progress as a reflection of their interest in their students' successes. There is a genuine sense of belonging to a supported team effort. Just follow their plan and chances of success are incredibly high. I would encourage anyone who wants to learn and start an Amazon business to join MPSH.

It took some time for me to fully appreciate the depth and breadth of this excellent program. The founder/trainers are themselves uber successful Amazon resellers, committed to sharing the wealth, so to speak, and have created a comprehensive curriculum and support system. The training is delivered mostly through sequential video modules, and along the way, introduction and access to various resources. There are regular online meetings for online group discussions, to which all students and alum are welcome. The community is varied–some have been resellers for years and some are new, making for a friendly and egalitarian ecosystem. Most seem to have or have had fulltime careers separately. Mechanisms are established to facilitate communication throughout the community, including on Zoom, Facebook, and for some, the Slack platform. The training videos cover massive amounts of information and surely consumed many hundreds of hours to develop and bring to fruition. I had brief minor confusion about transitions between the modules and a few of the slides were a little hard to read, but neither issue affected my learning. All the modules and resources (links to helpful guides, templates, software, and Chrome extensions) may be revisited at any time.
Importantly, the leadership presence and collegial support is fantastic from the beginning of training right though getting up and running as a reseller on Amazon, and it doesn't stop there. It is a culture of continually adding value and support. My coach (Rahim Velji, a successful reseller alum) is superb, exactly what I hoped for and needed. In a kind, knowledgeable way, he listens deeply, asks insightful questions, and leads with a well-formulated, efficient plan for helping me move forward at just the right pace. I’d want him to be my therapist.
The initial training program is a hefty investment of time and effort, and funds for both the extensive curriculum and for the baseline startup activities with listings on Amazon should be expected. After all, you are learning both a new system (Amazon selling, which is no small thing) as well as the fundamental steps (for example, legal, professional, and management) of beginning and running your own business–with best practices for best outcomes. The leadership and your peers are cheering you on, unflagging in encouragement and enthusiasm for every student’s commitment and growth into success. Highly recommended. Five stars.

What really sets them apart is the depth of support. The coaching, mentors, and leadership are excellent, and each Amazon business model has its own dedicated community. No matter which business model you choose to build, there’s a strong, knowledgeable group and clear guidance for each path.

Through their programs and coaching, I successfully built and ran an Amazon private label business, and later went on to start very profitable wholesale and arbitrage businesses. Everything I learned came directly from their systems and support.

If you’re serious about learning how to sell on Amazon and want proven training with a strong community behind it, Marketplace Superheroes is absolutely top-notch. An amazing course, team, and community — highly recommended.

I personally find the training videos extremely helpful and the mentors inside the Facebook group are always there for me and the other members whenever we have questions. If you want a roadmap and some guidance along the way of building your Amazon business, I would definitely recommend them.

I joined coaching for the reselling model and spent 2 years trying to grow this business. I didn’t have a good experience with this company for many reasons and do not recommend it.

Hello, I am a former member of Superhero Marketplace. I trusted them back in 2017 when I first started learning about the Amazon FBA business. I purchased their training courses led by Robert Rickey and Stephan Somers. Later, I bought their coaching program for $7,000 USD, which promised lifetime membership with weekly webinars — but those stopped after about a year.

I was also a member of Superhero Freight and purchased logistics services from them. Stephan Somers and Robert Rickey always said that regardless of market changes (whether logistics prices went up or down), we were buying a prepaid service that guaranteed stability. Then COVID came, and the nice stories ended. They failed to keep their promises and suspended the prepaid services so we could no longer use them, forcing us to repurchase at prices up to five times higher.

I know several people who lost thousands of dollars and were never compensated — because this company deceived them. Later, these two men sold Superhero Freight to their employees, Melissa Armstrong and Keith Armstrong, who renamed it to EnZone. They did it in a deceptive way, still sending invoices under the Superhero Freight company name but displaying the EnZone logo on the invoices — which is illegal and violates regulations.

EnZone’s fees are outright daylight robbery, and people who are not experienced in business lose huge amounts of money. Don’t be fooled by their sweet promises — they have deceived many people by breaking their commitments, and only thanks to one former client who took the company to court was it possible to recover a small portion of the money.

P.S.
They contacted me 2025 December, apologizing for the bad experience (but still not taking any responsibility for my lost money due to their cheating) and saying, "now they work differently" — yeah, right. Now they are running ENzone and trying to rip people off from day one. I'm not a professor, but they charge insane rates. For example, imagine sending 1,000 units of a cheap product that costs you $1/unit. They would charge $1,750 just to prepare shipping to the Amazon warehouse. This is a terrible business to do with them.

And now they even contacted Trustpilot, trying to take down my review. Wow.

I joined the Marketplace Superheroes family just under one year ago. My experience has been fantastic. The Kickstart program is easy to understand and covers everything you need to start your Amazon business. I also joined Catalyst in February. This program helps you grow your business even further and includes one on one coaching. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to sell on Amazon.

Our experience with MPSH has been terrific! We are a husband and wife team who joined MPSH in February of 2024. We've since joined a couple of their programs (including the coaching programs) and we've learned that when you work the program, it will work for you. As with any business, running an Amazon business comes with its frustrations (and expenses). The team at MPSH is always willing to answer our questions and help us learn more and more as we go trough this journey. We truly believe they want to help us be successful, but choosing to put in the effort it takes to be successful is up to us!

This group always does what they say they will do. They truly care about you and your business and will help you in anyway.

They have shown me how to make money on the Amazon platform in ways that I could not have imagined.

We acquired the origin course at the time for 5k plus the ir normal training course for 700 euros.
This course had mentors, a special Facebook page and so on. It all sounded really Nice but we soon understood that we were in the Middle of a potencial pirâmid schema.

Lets dig deeper:
1) Hidden feed: they dont disclaim the fees we had to pay superheroes. I will sum up:
*) Storage fee to use warehouse: 100 USD
*) Storage fee for products stored: around 120 USD. It depends on the amount of units. Worthy to note, their storage fee was the same as Amazon......
*) accoutninfg fee: 120 USD

Só.. with this fees we sum up 200-300 EVERY month, no matter your scale.

On top you Will also have Amazon feed, etc etc...

They dont explain this.... They oversell and oversell courses and webninars.

Their modus operandi is gather new costumers, have them pay for their expensicve courses and continue doing like this since their old costumers then end up closing their business... Sounds pretty much like a pirâmid schema right?

Theres alot more to say about Stephen... Not serious people nor serious business owners.

Ps: if you have a negative review to post on their Facebook page they wont aprove it. Thats why you dont see any negative feedback... Doubt that any proper and serious business would do that...
