J’ai commandé fin juin une petite robe de plage de la marque Jott sur le site place des tendances
Le 24 juillet un e-mail m’informe de l’annulation de cette commande suite à un dysfonctionnement au niveau de la gestion du stock. On me dit alors que le remboursement a été déclenché et sera visible sous cinq jours.
J’ai refait un mail le 11 août puisque aucun remboursement n’était visible sur mon compte et depuis il est impossible d’avoir quelqu’un en ligne, un mail pour communiquer normalement et aucune réponse ne m’a été apportée.
J’ai écrit à la maison Jott qui me dit de me rapprocher du site place de tendance
Place des tendances , après une dernière relance ,daigne me répondre, que maintenant je dois me rapprocher de Market Place.!
Cela est hallucinant inadmissible et malhonnête de ne pas rembourser le client!!
j’attends en effet toujours le remboursement de 38 € 4mois après

Definitely one of the best tf2 seller's. Wide range of products, fast delivery. And yeah. (Also really cheap!)

AWFUL! Absolutely horrible, I wish I could give 0 stars because they don't deserve even A PIXEL of a star. The customer service was trash and give like 2 word replies. I had to wait 24 hours for them to "resend" the trade offer because it was on "cooldown" And my payment failed like 25 times because they were have PAYMENT ACCEPTMENT ISSUES. I had to wait 48 hours on total to receive my 5 dollars worth of items. Just plain awful.

Lately it's been a headache to use the page, yesterday I bought 30 keys, they sent me 16 keys and suddenly all the shipments went into a 24-hour "cooldown", Today they sent me 7 keys and again the rest went into a 24 hour cooldown, why can't they send everything like the Mannco.store?

Been using this site for years, never had a negative experience. Great customer support as well.

I've been using Marketplace for the past month, and I can easily say that it is very nice to use when buying myself something nice that isn't on the steam market.

Simple, explicit experience, good filters. You come in to buy what you want, and get out.

For the most part, this site is really well made, which would make you wonder why I am rating it so poorly, I will list the good and bad of it below.

+: Plenty of filters, making it easy to find any tf2 item you want.

+: Great UI, much better than that of comparable online marketplaces like Mannco.

+: Coupons, pretty much the only site that sells TF2 items that has coupons, excellent for consumers.

Now here are the negatives, which I think are pretty significant when it comes to a site with both buyers and sellers in mind.

-: (Seller specific) Sometimes when attempting to deposit items into a bot, the site will give you a bot that is not only, and won't come online for an indeterminate time period. You will likely end up canceling your deposit to attempt to deposit into another bot.

-: (Buyer specific) Sometimes and without warning, a bot will cancel the trade of the item you just purchased, usually as a result of a steam issue. You cannot simply request another trade for the item, which is a staple feature in all other marketplace sites with TF2 items. Not only this, but the biggest reason I am giving this site 2 stars is that bots will enter a cooldown period for over 24 hrs. This means that you will have to wait over a day to get the item you just purchased. Considering that every other site uses bots just like marketplace.tf to facilitate their trades, this is inexcusable. While this is an issue that is infrequent, it can be very frustrating when it does. I will update this review when they fix whatever issue is specifically causing them to go into such an absurd cooldown period.

Very ez transactions, sometimes order can be a little late to send though need some time

These folks are gonna be long-standing in my books. Started trading with them a couple weeks ago; not a single disappointment, and nothing to tell me I should expect any down the road!

Great service! It initially took a bit for the delivery to go through, but subsequent deliveries have been really fast! I'm a big fan.
