Great company to work for - lots of people have worked here for over 5 years which is statement in itself. Love the work with clients that we do as we can help our clients reach their target markets whilst always being respectful to the recipients. With no hint of irony they harvested my details and then sent me an email to let me know how they intend to handle my data under GDPR. Refuse to take me off their mailing list or tell me where they got my details from…..
Disappointing experience despite meeting the team at a marketing expo. Promised the world, but delivered zero leads in six months. Salesperson and account manager left the company and there has been no correspondence since.
Promised 50 leads over 6 months. After a year had delivered 13, 11 of which were extremely low quality. As well as not being able to meet their own targets, their customer service is extremely poor and I constantly had to chase them for a response. It seems like they rely on customers just giving up in frustration which I did in the end.
