Very disappointed in this app. I've used it before and it was very promising and I had high hopes for it. Even with all the bugs I still wanted to support. I was going to renew my subscription so I can use this as part of my digital marketing toolkit- now the website doesn't even exist?! Le sigh*...

I was so excited to use Marketing Magic, then the site was down (bubble.io!?) and then on my trial the site won't "scrape" my site for Speedy Onboarding ("HTTP 400 Error, User not active"). It's been a bumpy start! No response from (email/site form) support within 48 hours, just sent my second request.

My Marketing Magic app stopped working after buying a lifetime license and I have sent what feels like 100 emails to every address/profile I could find practically begging for help. They have all been ignored.

Meanwhile I keep getting sales emails asking me to spend more money on ‘new’ products. I don’t understand why time is being spent on new product creation when the old product that people have already PAID FOR is no longer working. Maybe put some time into fixing that first???

I loved the MM product and relied on it for much of my marketing so this is all incredibly disappointing 😔

I've been trying to reach out to the Marketing Magic team multiple times because various features stopped working after I signed up after the trial. I've never received a response.

While the product seems to be well-designed, it turns out to be a scam as several features stopped working for me, and the app itself keeps crashing. There's no easy way to get in touch with the team, and email are being ignored.

Having taking Menekse's courses in the past, and always received good customer service, she's now jumped on the AI bandwaggon and abandoned all principles.

I really wanted to like Marketing Magic. When I first signed up under a trial period, it was fantastic and did exactly what it said on the tin - it seemed like the perfect solution to my needs.

Following a scarcity based sales push, in which the price for the lifetime package was increasing exponentially by the day, I decided to take the plunge and purchase the lifetime package. It was great for the first month and worked as I had previously experienced, but then the bugs started to cause issues, making it almost unusable. And that was on top of the support calls consistently being cancelled.

I emailed the support team/Menekse and did receive a reply with advice for a workaround (not able to fix the issue itself), but by someone who was leaving. From then on, it’s been crickets for over 6 months, despite multiple emails and refund requests due to the product not being fit for purpose. I understand from social media and newsletters (where Menekse is still able to show up) that there have been personal things that have taken precedence, which I am understanding of, but it’s a kick in the teeth to still be receiving constant sales emails, when she hasn’t had the time to service customers who have already paid for her products. I can see that sadly, I’m not the only one.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I don’t feel I’ve been left any other choice. I’m still awaiting a refund and acknowledgement, and would like to warn others looking to invest in Marketing Magic or any of her other products.

I'm a big fan of the Marketing Magic App - it's genuinely an excellent product that delivers real value. HOWEVER, my experience with other services has been consistently disappointing.

This is now the second time I've experienced major delays with this company. A purchase last year required multiple follow-ups and was eventually refunded after significant delays.

The Problem:
- Consistent failure to meet promised delivery timelines
- Multiple broken promises on delivery dates
- Creates real business problems when you're counting on deliverables for time-sensitive projects

I understand personal challenges can impact business operations, but when you take payment and make specific delivery promises, customers need to be able to rely on those commitments. The pattern of delays has unfortunately made me lose confidence in purchasing future services, despite appreciating the quality of the core app product.

Recommendation: The Marketing Magic app itself may be worth it, but I'd be very cautious about purchasing any other services from this company until delivery reliability improves.

I really wanted to like this tool. Really, really wanted to. There's many great things about it. I tried on a couple of occasions, but the support was so terrible I couldn't pay them another penny. They link to a support call calendar that is always blank. The knowledge base isn't searchable at all. They linked to a "support forum" that was impossible to sign up for. I found a bug and filed a report through their embedded Typeform. They did not get back to me for weeks. I understand it's a small team, but the tool was so useful I gave them another try for another month. I spent a lot of time training the system with my info, and even upgraded to a higher tier because I wanted to do this for 3 of my own brands. But when it was launch time and I needed the tool to do mission-critical work on a brand launch production day, there was a bug that prevented me from accessing my other brand profile. That was exactly why I upgraded in the first place. The only reason I had a support email was from the interaction in the previous month, so I emailed them directly. Turns out the CEO was out on emergency and the support team was short-staffed. Look, I'm truly sorry about the emergency, but I was having issues before this, and I had zero confidence they could support their users if someone on their team had to take time off, so I asked for a refund. They only refunded me the upgrade cost. I couldn't in good conscience train this tool with all my information and be locked in month after month when my confidence in the team was shot, so I cancelled the account and demanded a full refund. That was September 2024.

I just recently (May 2025) saw a colleague sign up for Marketing Magic and took a peek to see if their support system has been improved. Nope, still a blank support calendar, a completely unusable knowledge base, and a random embedded Typeform that surely goes to a black hole somewhere. So that's why I'm leaving this review now, so people know what they're getting into with Marketing Magic. Such a shame, because it really was a wonderful tool when it worked right.

Marketing Magic is such a robust AI powered platform! From social media, to product and lead magnet development, Marketing Magic does it all! I love that you can input your brand info and other information about your business, and that it "learns" your voice and word choice! If you're struggling with any kind of content creation, for any part of your business, you much experience Marketing Magic!

Marketing Magic is the best AI product I have experienced. I have three unique brands within my business, each with it's own domain. Two of the domains have two unique sets of ideal customers. It takes some time to set up the brand details and writing samples, but it is worth it! I am now able to leave the marketing messaging to my virtual assistant. Best money I ever spent!

I first signed up for Marketing Magic's spreadsheets, and didn't use them too much. But then she came out with the web app and oh my! I use this multiple times a day. It just keeps getting better. To have a place to store all my company's information, the descriptors, the little details that make us unique, and then have a tool that writes copy for us BASED on that info??? It has saved us SO much time. I am indebted to Menekşe for what she's created. Just brilliant.

Mindblowingly good

I have just used the Marketing Magic tool to help me to create some promotional posts for an upcoming summit and honestly, I'm blown away. Very little editing required and I love what it has created for me. I'm very pleased with the results.

I was an early investor into Marketing Magic knowing that AI was not only going to disrupt our businesses but it was set to confuse and overwhelm us.
