Founded by dog training legends Di Martin and Kamal Fernandez, Marka Training is here to create a family of high-quality trainers, passionate about helping dogs and equally passionate about supporting each other. Our dream is to build a nationwide family of high-quality trainers that love their work and bring out the best in their clients and dogs. We are hand-picking a team of potential new trainers to join us in raising the bar in the quality of dog training. As dog lovers we all know that dogs deserve to lead happy and healthy lives. Here at Marka Training, we’re all about wide smiles and wagging tails. That’s what drives us to do what we do. We’ve been training dogs and their owners for a combined 60 years, and we wouldn’t swap it for the world.

Outstanding

I’m so grateful for my experience with MARKA Dog Training. Each of the mentors bring something truly unique to the table—offering guidance that is not only positive and encouraging, but also deeply rooted in experience and skill. They’ve equipped me with tools and insights unlike anything I’ve received elsewhere, and I genuinely feel that my growth as a trainer has been transformed because of it. I’m proud to call myself a part of the MARKA community, and I hope to continue my journey with them as a scholar in the near future.

Marka hits the mark!

I love being a Marka student and part of the Marka community. The whole team are incredibly knowledgeable, always supportive, and never make you feel like any question is a silly one.

Their courses give so much insight into how dogs learn but, just as importantly, how humans learn too. You can’t be a dog trainer without also working with people, and that human element is something many courses barely touch—but Marka really gets it.

The in-person parts of the course are a great combination of theory and practical, with plenty of fun and laughter mixed in too!

I absolutely recommend Marka to anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of dogs and become a better, more well-rounded trainer.
