Great Customer Service Team

While the rug itself did not work out for my home (great rug, the color just didn't work as I had hoped), the experience I had with the customer service team at Mark and Day made me really appreciate this company and I will be sure to buy from them again in the future. The team was incredibly responsive and kind regarding a return issue I had. It was a really great experience in a situation that was otherwise very stressful and unfortunate.

Our experience was great

Our experience was great! Our questions were answered before we ordered. We were notified about our order at every point in the process. Delivery was quick & our 2 large area rugs are fantastic. Colors were as pictured/described, & the rugs are very well-made. Highly recommend.

Update

My coffee table was delivered. Mark & Day customer service was diligent in resolving delivery delay issue. The app does not accurately reflect shipping or delivery estimate which caused frustration.
Very happy with quality of item. Delivery personnel were friendly.

Mark & Day is truly the best Danny…

Mark & Day is truly the best Danny stayed in contact with me from the time I placed my order until the time my order got to the front door. I love my area rug. It’s fabulous. It brightens up the whole room. I would definitely recommend friends and family. Thank you, Danny.
