THIS COMPANY UNLAWFULLY BREACHES GDPR LAW - DO NOT ENTER YOUR BANK INFO. YOUR BANK INFO MAY BE UNSAFE.

This company unlawfully stores and uses data entered by customers and also sourced from people who aren’t customers at all. This is extremely concerning. PLEASE NEVER ENTER YOUR BANK DETAILS INTO A WEBSITE THAT REPEATEDLY BREACHES GDPR - YOUR BANK DETAILS ARE NOT SAFE!!!!

Report this company to the ICO (information commissioners office) to ensure they receive the appropriate fines for their unlawful practises. And never, ever shop here - unless you don’t mind your bank details being kept unsafe by a company who refuses to comply with GDPR law. They don’t even have an active data protection officer or email address.

This company is amateur at best - and a scam at worst. Don’t give them any of your personal information or bank details.

It's not about what went wrong it's about selling products that are of the quality as advertised. The order took 3 weeks to arrive packaged poorly and not even close to the goods as advertised. This is 100% an online scam and is not a British company who are struggling beware do not purchase

The coat is beautiful but the communication is not good. After waiting for at least 3 weeks no email updates were sent about delivery time. I had to send an email just to get 0 responses. I’m happy with my order but this company has to improve their customer service. As a first time buyer I was expecting at least an update about delivery, do not let your customers in the dark…

Beautiful product and great customer service

I was very sceptical about the quality of this jacket, but gosh how wrong I was! I bought it for my daughter’s 22nd birthday present and she was over the moon!! The quality is a TOP, the look is a TOP, the feel is a TOP! Luxury and classy!
