I wish to thank Chloe for all her help in finding my daughter a beautiful flat in Portsmouth. It has been a real pleasure dealing with her.

Having been a Property manager till a couple of months ago, I have dealt with many estate agents in London, quite high end, and I have to say you Chloe was outstanding . A real pleasure to deal with and with ease. She got our business because she came out of the way and understood our limitations, living in other cities. She went above and beyond at such short notice of our first viewing. So thank you very much. I truly appreciate it.
Chloe is a real asset to Marco Harris. The whole rental went through with ease and she was very prompt with any queries and always contactable.

Being my first time renting non-student accommodation, I was quite anxious about having to deal with a bad letting agency. Thankfully, Marco Harris has been fantastic, in particular Chloe and Kelly.

Chloe was kind enough to offer me a viewing on a bank holiday, which I deeply appreciate due to large journey costs. The letting process was straightforward, and she guided me through any doubts I found along the way. Receipts of payments were quick which I find quite important for peace of mind.

While I found some issues with the property in the first couple of days, Kelly has promptly taken care of everything. The extremely fast communication and action, sometimes long after office hours, is good enough to warrant a 5-star review.

Cannot recommend Marco Harris enough!

Marco Harris have been fab.... Amy has been excellent. A tricky purchase to complete with some challenges along the way, but she's been superb throughout keeping us up to speed and keeping things progressing. Lovely to deal with too... Would definitely recommend.

I can't express enough how amazing Marco Harris are. After the experience they have given me I would most certainly always go to them first for any house sales or purchasing in the future. Coren and Shannon have gone above and beyond to deliver an amazing customer experience for me. They really have gone the extra mile and have made my property buying process so enjoyable as it should be. I have to say this has been the best buying process I have ever had and again I can't thank you all enough. I let my property through Marco Harris for two years and then sold it with them too. Excellent communication and professionalism shown by all throughout both transactions and would 100% use again!
Chloe on the lettings side was always very responsive and helpful and Corren during the sale was fantastically knowledgable about a tricky shared ownership and fire safety cladding situation and overcome all challenges this posed.

From the moment we made contact, to make a sale, our experience was seamless and although they were probably managing lots of different things we always felt like we were always priority. We’ve used many agents over the years but Marco Harris are different. Their personal service from start to finish is unmatched. I bought a house Marco Harris were selling and am exceedingly impressed. During the many months of conveyancing, Marco Harris always got back to me quicker than the solicitors!! I was selling my parents' house as they had recently moved into a care home. As a result, I was unfamiliar with and did not live in the area. From the moment I met Lloyd I knew I was in safe hands. He demonstrated a clear understanding of the market which was reflected in a realistic house price and therefore a relatively short and smooth sales period. He was my point of contact throughout the entire process which I very much appreciated. He was adept in assessing potential offers and was very responsive throughout the whole process.

Right from the start, the team at Marco Harris were great! The advice on the current market was honest and informative and the discussions regarding pricing were great. We were under the pressure of time due to a move abroad, which the entire team took into account. They were always forthcoming with updates and the WhatsApp channel with the team regarding our sale on definitely made the whole process slick and easy and definitely brought it into 21st century of communication!
The commitment to communication and honest valuations was refreshing and we would not hesitate to use them again if we need to purchase in the UK again! Highly recommend.
