I would highly recommend Sam at Marco Harris. I initially went with another Estate Agent as I'd never dealt with them. Big mistake. They had 20 weeks and kept asking me to reduce price and only getting a handful of viewings.
Sam arranged for far superior marketing, arranged more viewings in the first 2 weeks than they had in 20. This resulted in 3 offers, one above asking price which I accepted.
His communication throughout the next stage of the process has been amazing, particularly given a few challenges along the way. He held the sale together right through to completion providing regular updates and excellent advice.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and only wish I'd gone with him from the outset.

Lloyd was our agent from Marco Harris. From start to finish we had full transparency on this sale. expectations were set and as promised the property was sold within 48 hours of marketing. speed of sale was our priority and so I’m 100% pleased with the outcome and would recommend Marco Harris and Lloyd to anyone wishing to sell.

We have just purchased our dream home through Marco Harris. We cannot thank Alex enough for her professionalism, and knowledge. She went above and beyond to help us secure our property. She is both friendly and passionate about her profession which is infectious. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to answer so many questions about the property and the area as we are relocating. She is diligent in her work even after our purchase chasing solicitors etc. I cannot recommend enough. We have a friend moving later next year so will definitely be back with no hesitation.

I wanted to take the time to thank Amy for her all her help whilst we have been looking for a property recently. Sam has been an amazing estate agent. When he first showed us around the house we bought, his knowledge of the property was very impressive and he was really helpful in answering all of our questions! Sam also has been extremely fast at replying to us throughout the entire house buying process and always kept in the loop with what was going on with the rest of the chain, which was incredibly helpful! Well, what can I say. After a 1.5 year journey with different agents, loads of back and forward, we landed at Marco Harris. From the start the communication and the commitment were amazing. Then Amy came into our lives and I have to say I am extremely thankful! Her dedication, profressionalism and knowledge, made the journey a million times easier. She did not push me to make a decison on price like other companies did, she listened to me and adviced me, wiht my best interest at heart. After 4 weeks, she got us an offer and made sure that both parties were happy! She was always available to answer my endless questions and made sure I was updated on every step of the way.

After my previous bad experiences with other agents, it was such a breath of fresh air to work with Amy. Her energy is absolutely amazing and her dedication is exceptional. It is so hard to find agents that you can trust, but with Amy it was super easy.

Reached out to Sam privately and didnt bother looking anywhere else as knew straight away we would receive quality service for a competitive price. Sam helped us initially with putting our house on the market and they clearly stand out from the crowd with their videos etc. After finding a buyer it then moved on to the most draining part of the process. Despite alot of expletives being said on our end during the conveyancing process, Sam was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond. A WhatsApp group was set up from the beginning and this allowed us to message and call sam whenever we wanted and sam would work out of hours to ensure our needs were met. I would recommend marco Harris in a heartbeat.
