Prompt and very good communication!
I was happy and surprised to get a sample mailed to me immediately! Sadly it doesn't match my 10 year old backsplash that I wanted to extend...close but not exact. Also, they were excellent about following up with me. I wish that my old tile was available.

Great Feedback
While researching tile for my latest project (fireplace surround) I reached out to Marble Systems for information and a few samples. They (in particular Cansu Sahin who was ALWAYS very helpful) were quick to respond and help in any way they could.

Good Customer Service
Always have great customer service with follow up. Easy to contact on the phone and by email. Showroom staff and warehouse staff step up to help with material selection. Had a short shipment once. The Marble Systems Rep took quick care of it shipping quickly. Really like doing business with Marble Systems. They also carry the accessory products and can assist with grout color selections. I am a repeat customer.

Bad customer service.
I ordered tile, waited more than a week to get any information when my order will be shipped, then received email that my order will be shipped next day and then ten minutes later another email that my item is out of stock. It took the whole week just to find out that they do not have my item in stock!

I ordered tile samples and they arrived quickly. The tile is a quality product. I received follow up communication and was directed to a retailer in my area. The customer service is amazing. I can recommend this company without reservation.
