Great experience but be sure to order in good time
Good experience but I didn’t realise it would take 2 weeks- it was fine for me as I ordered early but you do need to take that into account. Product looks great and nicely packaged in an attractive box - hope the recipients love them!

Good company to deal with
The staff were extremely helpful when we had a problem with the FedEx delivery. They listened to what had happened and dealt with it promptly and efficiently, complete with a speedy redelivery. I can't have asked for a better service. Thank you. The map itself looks brilliant as well & just what we were after.

Quality gift for friends who love maps.
Excellent product. The jigsaw is very well made and excellent clarity of map. It comes in a strong box. Packaged well for postage and good delivery time. This is my third purchase of OS Jigsaws from Map Marketing based on different friends homes (5 Jigsaws in all)....all purchased at special offer prices! The earlier purchases didn't include a map so they were a bit more challenging (unless tempted to get the OS map out! I hope the three I've just bought will be as well received as the previous ones.

I wanted to give a personalised world…
I wanted to give a personalised world map for Christmas to my son who lives in France. I placed the order on 18th November and it still hasn't arrived. Map Marketing is telling me that it's in the hands of the French Poste and that I should make enquiries there. However, I feel that if they're not able to ensure a swift and safe delivery outside the UK, they should constrain their business to the UK.
