I would highly recommend Maplin Homes to all my friends willing to sell or buy a house. Being a family with 2 kids we didn't had time to sell our house, due to time constraint. I saw their advert on Facebook and looked on their packages. We selected the Gold package of £799 to sell our house. I remember contacting them during night time, and received straightway an answer, indeed they are available 24/7.

I can not recommend Maplin Homes enough... From day one, Ash was excellent. He explained everything clearly, was helpful at answering my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The website is easy to use, and i managed to advertise my house, in just 10 minutes and being abroad. They have been available for 24/7, and arranged the house photographs within hours. Thanks to Maplin homes enjoyed my holidays and managed to sell my house.

Excellent service. Bought Silver Package and sold my home within 2 weeks. The response time on text-line is very fast and these guys keep you updated. These online estate agents are much better than high street ones and I recommend using Maplin Homes over PurpleBricks because its cheaper and customer service is excellent.

I had pleasant experience with Maplin Homes. I had silver package and saved £250 compared to the high street home agents. I highly recommend this to all other customers.

Bought £499 package and our maisonette was sold to STC within six weeks. Very professional and friendly agent especially Tim. I must say he is a very good negotiator who made it incredibly speedy.
These guys are available 24/7 by a seller text line. In fact, I wrote once mid night to enquire my sale status and received response within few minutes. We have saved at least 3000 in commission to any high street estate agent which is simply unbelievable. These guys are surely different to other online or high street estate agents. Tim has been updating us with buyer negotiations almost everyday. If you are thinking of placing your property with any high street agent I can strongly recommend that you DON'T waste your money on them.
