It is very nice for us to have designers with different expertise available that fit the needs. Of course, the flexibility is also nice, because we don't have to look for designers ourselves or put them on our payroll. We pause the subscription when we have no assignments for a while.

Previously I tried many creative agencies and crowd platforms and was never satisfied due to the same reasons; time commitments always blowing out, budget always going over and engagement sporadic.

Many Pixels is the only company I've found who are customer focused. You have a fixed cost, and the turn around time is always 1-2 days before you get a chance to review the work. Also they assign a project manager to over see the whole process.
