The item that they ship me it was made from cheap materials not linen as advertised. The item had no tags or labels.
Buyers be aware - no returns unless you pay for shipping over seas.

The estimated time of 7-10 days provided on the website of how long shipping would take to the United States was totally inaccurate. By the time my order arrived, I was no longer even at the same address. Dealing with Customer Service turned out to be a complete waste of time - since they stopped replying to my emails entirely.
It's not made clear at all that the shipment is coming from an international location (Hong Kong?) I would never order from Manu again - I've had a terrible experience dealing them.

The worst. Clothes are made out of garbage fabric and then no return…. They offer a 15% discount. Then you pay for your return after taking photos and multiple emails. Complete crap.

Review for this company should really be a negative number. Company misrepresented as a California clothing store. Quality of clothing received is poor. Looks nothing like photos. Return process is ridiculous. They offered 15% refund originally and eventually got to 30% as last offer. Alternative is return to Asia paid by me but no refund if not received in 14 days. Just ridiculous! I was scammed. Website only shows glowing reviews and no way to add a review. Beware.

DON'T DO IT! Just scroll past their ads! I ordered a dress that was on Facebook Reels. Loved it! It had pockets! Ordered it. No pockets. They told me "sometimes the products on FB Reels are different than the ones the customer orders." So, with the cost to return AS MUCH as the merchandise itself - it wasn't worth it. Plus, after turning the dress inside out, I noticed there are NO tags of any kind. No size, no tag telling what the material is or cleaning instructions. No manufacturer name either. Total Ripoff!

This store is a scam. They advertise high quality clothing but send cheap knockoffs instead. The return process is deliberately obstructive, requiring customers to pay costly shipping to a warehouse in Asia and go through an “approval” process before returns are even accepted. I was scammed once when I received cheap merchandise, and now they want me to lose even more money just to send it back.

I purchased 6 items based on photos included on their website. Unfortunately none of the clothing delivered appeared to be same quality and material as pics. And the quality definitely did not justify price charged for each item.

I requested a return (approx $120 USD). Received 3 emails offering increasingly more 15-30% refund to keep items even though I kept responding I wanted to return for full refund. I finally received instructions to return items - requirements were ridiculous and restrictive: required to take 3 photos of each item (that’s 18 photos) in order for them to review my request which could take 3-5 days - along with requirements that return had to be received within 14 days (1; days from when? The date I received items, the date they sent overly restrictive return instructions, or the date they approved return? Even if the latter, items are being returned to Asia so no guarantee I could even meet the 14 days. Website indicated 100% guaranteed return but failed to mention roadblocks to return.

I recommend you look elsewhere to purchase your clothes.

Delivered 18 days after I ordered. Nothing on the website mentions that items are sent from overseas, and small print that says the buyer is responsible for any customs duties. Dress bears little resemblance to their described "cotton dress with embroidered details" nor to the photos. Details AND color are in fact printed on tissue thin fabric that is clearly not cotton. Return? Here is their response:

This is after initial offer of 15% back, then 20% back. And no indication of where their return would need to be posted.
