Amazing service received quickly and when I emailed that I’d not received the bobbins they rung me within ten minutes and told me they were tucked inside the band of one of the balls of wool

I placed on order for some yarn to be sent to my daughter on the outer Hebrides. This was done and very quickly dispatched and received within a few days,which was brilliant. Very unusual for this district.
