Didn't come with the the mic clip which was a problem when I opened the box for the first time "at a gig" but the unit itself was excellent quality could hold the mic in any position with minimal adjustments.
For the price this is pretty outstanding short mic stand. I love the small but solid base with a tiny footprint perfect for setting up in small spaces or around drumkit pieces.
very sturdy and made well
