Bought my Mac online with express shipping. Great service and product was as described, got delivered at a time as advertised.

Recieved my MacBook in the condition expected with minor scratches, but it's fully functional and performing well for daily tasks. Impressed with the battery life and ease of purchase. Customer service was great. Overall happy with the purchase!

I received the product in good condition, and it was carefully wrapped and packaged. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!

My device was received on time, came with genuine charger and device in great condition. Compared to others on the market it was around the same cost but does come with a one year warranty and 30 day change of mind return which others dont. Will definitely come back again in the future!

Ur job is to take sales, and then send those products. I bought online so u didn’t even work for the sale. All you had to do was send it. You failed!!! Even when I called you couldn’t call me back. I had to chase you up again!! Absolutely terrible service in every way!! Never again!!!!!!!!

I filled in the online form to sell my old Mac Mini late on a Sunday evening. The offer was generous, I thought, for a machine too old to trade in to Apple.

I dropped the machine off at their premises on Monday afternoon. The machine was assessed and the offer confirmed on Wednesday. The money was deposited in my account at the end of Friday. There were no complications, no difficulties.

The process was slightly slower than their initial estimate on their web site but only due to me being a first-time seller to them and needing to verify my identity - not their fault, it's state law for second-hand dealers.

In a few years time when my new Mac is due for replacement I will certainly be offering it to them.

The 2020 MacBook Air arrived later than expected but is working very well and is in excellent condition. It was a pleasant surprise to see how easily it connected to my older Dell Monitor. Migrating existing information and appliances from my old MBA to the new one was a breeze as well.

MacBook M1 Air came in good condition, better than expected (small scratch, slightly noticeable however not a deal breaker). Delivery took longer than expected due to a mix up with Aus-post. Overall happy with the condition of the laptop

This is my first time buying stuff from ManmadeCycle and it is super good.
Staff members were so friendly and nice.
From searching online, placing and paying my order to picking it up at store, it was a really good, quick and trusted service.
Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to spend that much money but still get high quality products.
Will come back if I need anything else in the future.

Really liked the idea behind this company however don’t waste your time, money or energy, simply too slow with poor communication and questionable conduct.

Ordered a MacBook on Monday 22/5 that was required for my son to start school the following Monday 29/5.

Website states goods are ready 4-12 hours for pickup orders, why they couldn’t despatch an order within the same time I’ll never know.

Reached out to Evan on Wednesday 24/5 and mentioned the urgency, requested upgrade to express post at my cost, was assured it would be sent that day.

Checked again first thing Thursday 25/5, still not sent, made several attempts to contact to no avail. I then requested a refund at 11:31am, Evan finally replies after 1pm that it’s too late since it’s been sent and he will send me the invoice for express post shortly.

Received the additional invoice at 2:14pm, tracking shows connote entered after my initial request and parcel was not collected until 4:53pm, item has not arrived in time.

I now need to pay more to send it back and chase up the refund that was already requested, suspect I’ll need to raise with Consumer Affairs/Fair Trading for a full refund, including postage.

Update - 14/6, still waiting for agreed “partial” refund, less Afterpay fees and postage - That I paid both ways, issue now escalated to Consumer Affairs and Afterpay.

Final update - Partial refund processed within 15 minutes of escalation..
