I posted it to them via their prepaid satchel and was able to track when they received the device. They assessed it the next business day and emailed me to confirm the original offer. The only part of the process that wasn’t clear initially was when/how to provide my ID. This process is outlined in the offer email after they complete their assessment. Overall very happy with the outcome.

it does not stay on

It’s really disappointing how difficult it has been to communicate with this company. It took months to address the laptop issue. I handed it over two weeks ago and was told to return in two days to pick it up. I sent numerous emails and left voice messages since no one answered the phone. After a week of calls, someone finally picked up, but when I contacted the company again the following week, I was informed that the laptop wasn’t ready. I explained that I need it before school starts and asked to be notified of any delays, but I haven’t heard anything since. It’s extremely frustrating, and my child still doesn’t have a laptop for schoolwork.

Quoted $375 as a trade in price for my iMac. Sent it in. They came back to me and said there are scratches on the screen and revised the trade in price to $325. I have asked for photos of these alleged scratches. Three weeks later, two emails and a phone call I’m still waiting for a response. Very poor service. I have not had any contact from them, they have my computer and have not paid me a cent.

Look I don't want to knock a small Aussie business the product it's self is good no issues but I paid extra 15bux extra for express postage coz I needed it asap but then the seller took over a week to actually post it so it defeated the purpose of expressing post yeah .

Great service over the phone, product exactly as described with original charger. Very happy with the laptop (Surface Go), it worked straight away and has had no issues.

The iMac is a 2015 model but works fine. Installed Monterey and now get the maps I wanted on the lovely 27" display
An Anco keyboard from Kmart has a nice feel. The Windows key is the Apple command
