Needed an EPC to sell and conclude executors role at my mums. Expected outcome was the lowest possible.
Nothing had been updated in decades. Surprised that it came out as an E. Mohamed came and explained all questions I had and was courteous and polite. The report was in my e mail by 9pm same day.( With suggestions to improve with rough costings) Thanks for great job.

Agreed on a time to come during my partner's break time. Was given a time through text. The guy didn't arrive. My partner went back to work & on his way had a phone call from the assessor calling him a liar saying it wasn't the agreed time. Managed to get someone here to get it done & he was being rude calling my partner a liar & the time wasn't agreed,saying the house was a mess because the gas meter was in the cloak cupboard. Wholly unprofessional & I actually don't trust the certificate he's provided because of his can't be bothered attitude...avoid!!!!!

I went online to book an appointment and was able to easily arrange one for the following day. QUICK EASY & EFFICIENT. And the EPC inspector was polite and courteous. I highly recommend using this company and it was 50% cheaper than some other companies.
