Great service, I was called within my scheduled window to confirm the arrival time. The appointment took 20 minutes and we received the certificate within the same day.

EPC WAS ARRANGED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS REQUIRED, KEYS COLLECTED AND DROPPED BACK THE SAME DAY.

Very efficient service - phoned to make a next day appointment. Showed up on time and the visit only took 10 minutes. Report was uploaded online the same day. Much cheaper than what the estate agents were charging for the same service - 50% less. Would recommend and use again.

Your accessor was easy to work with and very fair in his assessment of my girlfriend’s apartment.
Within a few hours a draft EPC was issued which I accepted and the official EPC was issued later that day, nothing to fault at all.
I would highly recommend Manchester EPC to carry out and issue an EPC.

I noticed that the EPC for my house had expired. I contacted Manchester EPC. I am impressed by the way that they arranged to survey my house. We agreed a date and time. The surveyor arrived on time. He told me how long the survey would take, and the areas that needed to be inspected. I would highly recommend Manchester EPC. That same day I was sent a preview of the EPC. I agreed with it and I was issued the EPC. Fantastic service.
