This was a great experience, the drive was on time waiting with a name at arrivals so we could easily find him. He escorted us to the car insisting on helping with luggage. The other good thing was I received a text as soon as I landed so was able to communicate with the driver and manage timings etc., getting through customs and luggage pick up. Finally the car was immaculate inside and out with a really clean smell, not something you can say about most taxis.

The driver they allocated to me, Mr. Hameed, was very professional, punctual, warm and friendly. I was traveling at 5:30 am, and he was outside my door a few minutes earlier, which was very reassuring.

Driver was very competent and friendly. Timing of inbound pickup was delayed. Timing of outbound pickup was very timely. Based on conversations with other users, the service seems a bit expensive to Wales.

And given I was traveling on my own with my son feeling safe was important. I stupidly booked the wrong time slot 🤦🏻‍♀️ when I realised I was super stressed, but the customer support staff were awesome, so helpful, made sure to book me back in. Driver was ontime. Called to say where he was and gave estimated time to move into the pickup zone. We had to mess him around with some delays in luggage collection. Which he answered quickly on the phone. Calm driver and car was very clean and comfortable.

We took a return journey to the airport. Our initial pick up, Tahir was actually early which was great. He was very pleasant and helpful and clearly cares about the business. We were offered water and were well looked after. Mr Imran was our return driver and was lovely. I was sent clear instructions on where to meet him once we arrived at the airport and when I got a little lost, a quick phone call was all it took. WhatsApp was great as they kept in touch after booking and any queries, I only had to message them. Booking was very easy. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Thank you for making that little part of our holiday a stress free!!
