Bought the Reishi tincture for sleep and works really well. Really good for winding down before bed and helped a lot with quieting down any internal chatter and racing mind. Recommend for anyone with insomnia.

I bought the Reishi drops to help with my sleep. They are stronger than expected so be careful with the dosing. I was still a bit groggy in the morning. I'm using less than it says to on the bottle. Once I got this right they've really helped.
