Mark approached me back in summer 22 explaining they had experience in our industry. We originally discussed just reviewing fb advertising and maybe some content, it went exceptionally well, as we used our social for along time prior just us posting how we operate and work done we had a relatively good following, so when we amplified that with the pros and they began advertising and marketing it just went so well.

We have also just had a website built with Mamba web team and to be fair it’s amazing and does everything we require it to, we have generated a lot of interested through the site already and it’s made our life a lot easier now as mamba setup a full API automation for leads and also using an AI chat system and CRM to help us track out new business and clients etc

I came across mamba marketing after finding their website online. I needed help with all aspects of marketing for my brand and mamba has done exactly that.
From a struggling brand to now tripling my turn over I couldn’t be happier.
They have helped me achieve a 6-1 roas on paid ads and helped grow my organic following on Facebook and instagram.

All the mamba team answer my questions all hours of the day on our whattsapp group and nothing is ever too much.
They really go above and beyond and I’m excited to see what growth is in store for the next 12 months!!

Mamba has requested us to leave a very honest detailed review, so here we go

We started working with Mamba back in March 2021, we originally came onboard for just FB ads and the results were decent in the beginning but we was really impressed with the creative aspect, in all fairness the FB ads we started at the peak of IOS14 so the results we took with a pinch of salt, fast forward to present qtr and we are in a completely different position, our campaigns on average are returning 10times what we had before Mamba, we also use mamba for a full strategy, they manage our Tiktok and Snapchat also and results are equally as good there, our email marketing is probably our best channel results wise and the creatives are strong, the only downside to emails is we feel our flows could perform better but that’s not for sure that’s just our opinion, mamba has also fully reskinned our website (shopify) store and also built us an app which both work very well.

Overall we are very pleased with mamba and the results they deliver

I spoke with somebody at sales(Mamba Marketing asked me to remove names due to Trustpilot T's and C's) few months ago who in regards to setting up a social media campaign to generate leads for my business, he was very helpful and made a lot of promises which he later failed to keep.

Once I signed the contract and made payment £1,800 retainer, I was unable to get a hold of him as he was always 'busy.'

I was told the campaign would be setup the following Monday, I did make it very clear I would only proceed on the basis, the Campaign would be up and running by the Monday which was 4 days away)
Instead 3 weeks passed, all I got was excuse after excuse.

I didn't know what to believe, I asked different staff throughout the company for updates and they were all giving me conflicting answers.

By then end of the month, it was nearing the date to pay another £1,800 (monthly retainer).

After the way I was treated and the fact that the campaign had still not even been created, there was no way I was going to pay them another penny.

Instead, I demanded a full refund, MAMBA MARKETING who refused and decided to send me some debt leads to my email address instead (which I refused to accept many times). You cannot just pass leads on without consumers consent. The leads were old, used and worthless anyway.

In the end, a VERY RUDE and DISHONEST member of staff informed me they would issue a refund minus 'costs'. And only offered to refund £180.11 and sent me a list "work" that they had done.
A non compliant tacky website which takes 5 minutes to put together on WIX that I never even asked for.

Mamba refused to issue a full refund, however in addition to the partial refund, he proposed a deal to supply me with 20 new compliant live leads that had been submitted by consumers within the last 24 hours that fit a specific criteria and that hadn't already been contacted. If I agree to this, it would be the end of the matter.

I accepted the proposal on the basis the leads were EXACTLY as described new, submitted within the last 24 hours, exclusive etc. (I made these conditions very clear on the Email I sent to Mamba Marketing)

A short while later, I received all 20 leads at once via email. I thought this was strange as if they're fresh leads, they usually come in one by onein real time as each consumer submits them.

I had an agent dial all 20 leads, most of them went straight to voicemail, some of the 'clients' were abusive etc.

None of the 20 leads were as described.

The smoking gun, I cross checked the 'new' leads with the non compliant leads they had sent to me previously (which I refused to accept many times but Mamba sent them to my email address anyway).

One of the leads in the 'new' batch was EXACTLY the same as one of the leads in the old batch, same name number everything.

I immediately copied/pasted my findings in to an email and sent it straight to Mamba. Surprise surprise they never replied.

At this point I was done with Mamba, they had already wasted a lot of my time and money.

After all that, they still had the nerve to charge my payment card another £1,800 the following month.

Mamba has never accepted liability nor apologised.

I also decided to put this to the back of my mind and focus on growing my business, which I have managed to do working 16+ hour days since September 2022.

Now I've got the ball rolling, I've got some free time on my hands, hence why it took me so long to write this review.

Whilst this was going on, I researched Mamba, I was told by the sales advisor, Mamba has offices internationally.
I couldn't get through to any international offices, only the one office in Wales.

Always Check on companies house website 'Filed Accounts' to verify the business you're considering dealing with.

I noticed dozens of 5 star reviews pop up on here within 24 hours a while ago. (Trustpilot did a great job of identifying/removing them).
This company has a history of being associated with false reviews. Make sure you read all reviews carefully and verify them yourself.

It's evident there are companies out there who see a new start up and class it as an opportunity to take advantage of their situation by promising the world, you as a new business owner are more inclined to jump at chance without thinking it through. This vulture like behaviour must be made an example of.

If I had thoroughly researched Mamba before I signed the dotted line, there is No way I would've gone ahead.

I have written this review as I don't want anybody else who is currently in the situation I was to fall for this.

No amount of money is going to persuade me to remove this.
So I would like to ask Mamba to NOT contact me again.

Lastly, I would like to ask Trustpilot to NOT remove this review as it is 100% accurate. I am happy to provide evidence for all the claims made.

Like I said, AVOID!

Jordan & the team at Mamba worked on a VSL and sales funnel for us to try and attract more funding opportunities.

The onboarding was superb with Racheal, the communication with our CSM was great and the results were brilliant.

the first 3 weeks ish we did not really see results as a lot of time went into preparing our pitch video, creatives, landing page etc etc

Since then we have been seeing a consistent flow of 8-9 leads every week and we are currently sitting 90% and closing at a decent rate so happy overall.

I was approached by via email as we had Facebook advertisements running. We signed up but unfortunately they have not been very successful with adverts and we have cancelled the agreement in the first few months.

As an established business, I stayed well away from Marketing Companies because whilst we know quite a bit about how it all works, we don't know everything! This is where the expertise of Mamba comes in. They clearly know their stuff and are good at what they do.
Anthony was my account manager and he offered lots of advice and encouragement, explaining the process at all times. The team is great and has helped with both Social Media Ads plus Email Marketing.

I have been with mamba for almost a year now and have had a great experience with the company. I joined with them in the start of the year after having a terrible experience with another marketing agency. Even with a small ad budget, I saw great results from the ads that were being run almost right away. Throughout the entire process there has been lots of communication with my Social Media Manager Antony. We worked together closely to tailor the ads for my business and he was a pleasure to work with. He took a very genuine interest in my brand to the point it felt like he was a member of my own team.

Most agencies are a very clear cash grab but from my experience, Mamba has not been like this. They genuinely have their clients best interests in mind and are open to changing things and accommodating your requests if it will help you out.

I would definitely recommend Mamba if you're looking to get started with an agency or are looking for a new one.
