I am not using the product as I found the customer service was poor which created concern for me re product - I hope it’s just growth issues but should be prioritised to garner confidence

Embrace the power of functional mushrooms and elevate your daily routine with our carefully crafted supplements About Mamashrooms Approaching my 45th birthday, I found myself facing a wall of exhaustion, lack of focus and sleep troubles. My hormonal balance was off, and my confidence was waning. My kids had become teenagers and they were having struggles too. I wanted to be the best version of myself so I could not only support them, but also me. I was struggling. Despite taking lots of different supplements, including mushrooms, but I struggled to keep track of what I was taking and when I was taking them. This inspired me to create the perfect blend that was exactly what I needed - boosting energy, sharpening focus and enhancing skin health for the daytime and improving sleep quality, and fortifying my immune system. With this all-in-one daily capsule specific for daytime and another blend for night time, I started to get my strength back improving vitality and well-being and focus As a busy working woman in my late 40’s I know first-hand the challenges of balancing work, family, and personal well-being. I discovered functional mushrooms for the first time over 8 years ago when I was working as a retreat chef over in Ibiza and I have never looked back. I’ve incorporated them into my daily routine and have experienced remarkable improvements in both my overall health and creativity. Taking functional mushrooms has been a complete game changer. However, managing multiple types of mushrooms each day became a bit overwhelming. That's why I decided to develop a capsule featuring the perfect blend of my favourite mushrooms, streamlining the process, and alleviating any confusion over what to take and when.

Very impressed (and had been skeptical!)
I’ve been taking the night time supplement for three nights now and all I can say is I am seriously impressed with the results. I’m a post menopausal 48 year old woman who has struggled with sleep since going through early menopause in my 30s. I recently weaned myself off prescription sleeping medication and have been looking for a better way to get a good nights sleep. I was skeptical that anything natural would work but am over the moon to be proved wrong. I’ve now had three nights of my best sleep in years. Amazing. Thank you Mama Shrooms!

Great Product and Detailed Info
I was a bit dubious but, reading all the information that comes with these supplements (which is summarised really well on the website and on beautiful postcards when you receive the supplements), I decided to give them a go!
I am so glad I did! I take the Day and Night and I have really felt a difference in my energy levels and sleep patterns - my skin also feels incredible! I've now made them a part of my daily routine. Thank you Mama 'Shrooms 🍄😁
