Horrible website.
Experience is below average.Recent changes to the website were not the best choices.The login procedures are the most annoying in the whole picture, makes one lose their patience.Chaged the password about half a dozen times and it’s not working , that “I’m not a robot” thing is the most idiotic futile and stupid implemented gimmick.
The part below with “continue with Gmail,Facebook, etc” is also quite intrusive.
Get a reality check!!!!
Someone should do a thourough “usability” check.

I enjoy reading the reviews and descriptions of the quality and flavours of the various malts.
the only reason I have not given the review 5 stars is because I find that the prices of a lot of the single malts are probably more than the average man in the street (myself included) is prepared or can afford to pay.

Malts/Diageo have cut off Northern Ireland
Given Brexit was so long ago it is rediculous that Malts/Diageo have made no attempt to offer delivery to Northern Ireland, you have effectively decided to cut off Northern Ireland from the rest of the UK, basically sticking a finger up to the whole country. Perhaps Northern Ireland should stick a finger up to all of Diageo's brands.

Bislang wirklich zufrieden
Die bislang von mir bei malts.com getätigten Bestellungen sind allesamt simpel in der Umsetzung gewesen. Der Bezahlvorgang ist ebenfalls einfach und sicher und der Versand erfolgt sehr schnell.
Die Ware könnte noch ein bisschen besser verpackt sein. Zum Beispiel die Flasche mit Papier in der Umverpackung polstern, dann nimmt die Umverpackung keinen Schaden.
