Irresponsible and Not trustworthy for handling account
One of the worst company for managing customer's account. I opened account with them for investing in one of the IPO with around 2300 USD. They never bought any IPOs. Instead they started investing in online trading. Started with loss trade, that trade was in loss till I lost my money. In between, made some profits, so thought to withdraw some moey. Withdrawal request was never processed. It was pending for almost 3-4 weeks (even after few reminder emails), until i lost my money. Worst was their account manager's trading without any risk management. I had hardly 2000 balance, and he put high amount trade which made my account go in loss within no time. If they are expert account managers, they should know customer's account balance and place trades accordingly. Worst support. After the losses, they are not responding to mail, nor their sales marketing person through whom i took account picking my call. My review/ feedback is based on my experience with them. Maybe other customers have got good experience.
