I had a very good experience that staff is very friendly and they are beey helpful. I had to make some changes to my booking which were done quite smoothly by one of their team members.

I would highly recommend they are very professional and the prices are very competitive

Last year had a wonderful experience of visiting holy places of MAKKAH AND MADINA.
Our whole trip was just fabulous, management of everything was good though having limited budget.😇✨

Ruined holiday and shocked with the level of customer service provided.

I'm quite surprised with the reviews, on here as we had the total opposite service. Bit confused as there are two company involved when booking this holiday package Fly N Stay Ltd and Makkah Gateway.
Horrible hotels, bed ridden with bugs, issues with tickets and visa. no 27/4 support as stated when your out in a foreign country.
We missed the signs when agent kept changing the hotels names on the package and asking for more money.
Even when the invoice for the hotel and tickets came through the hotels did not match the hotel vouchers.
Also issues with visa from tourist visa to umrah visa, we never had this issue with pervious travel agents. We though we got a good deal but when adding the additional travel and accommodation costs it works out even more expensive than our pervious agent we normally use.
Overall not great services, paid over the odds for poor accommodation and travel. I won't be recommending my family or friends to this company.

Awful service and aviod like the plague.

I was sold Umrah package, upto the days closer leave for Umrah via Turkey, hotel names were changing.
It appears the agents were saving money from my purchase of hotel up till lasts dates.
Then to top it off, double charging me on a flight for my family member and not even giving back my refund from the original cancelled ticket.
Both Turkey accommodation and Medina were awful and disgusting, when we re-booked in Turkey were told we will be re-embused they monies which they have back tracked on this.
I recommend first of all avoid, if your stuck with the booking from this agent take out travel insurance as they will not give you your money back.
If this is the case, please take the legal route so it stop others from falling into their travel dream trap.

Booked tickets for family for Ummra and for myself to Pakistan with Ali.
Very kind and professional man, spoke with respect and got us very good accommodation in Mecca and Madina.
Very fast service, all done over phone and always answered and got back when needed.

We booked a Umrah trip via Turkey, even at the airport we had issues with the tickets and visa, paid also 3 times first for Umrah visa, the to tourist.
We had to booked another ticket on the stop via this company, given date for family member who was going to meet us at Turkey next day, then changed to Saudi arrival a week later. The hotel at Turkey arrived, no booking confirmed, tried ringing agent who said that have a 24/7 phone if their issues abroad this was totally not the case. I had to pay for the night. The Hotel was sold to us a 4 star, it was so disgusting and the room temp was approx 3-4C. Next morning I changed hotels travel agent said he will refund us with the hotel and new booking which I did. Now declined the pay money for this booking.
Once in Saudi Mecca, agent told us there was not breakfast package availble. when speaking to the main bookings at the hotel who said that there is breakfast available but our agent didn't book it, again miss sold information.
Once in Medina again the accommodation was really bad, we had to change rooms, but still no better, dirty bedding, bed bugs, inspects in the bathrooms, sinks not draining properly. The smell as well, my children end up getting a rash, thankfully we were on their for 3 nights.
I am still chasing for monies off the agent, still waiting.

I am happy with the service provided by Gateway. I will use them again. There’s nothing to complain about it. I’ll use them again Inshallah.

This brother is the best holiday consultant I am so pleased that he came £658 cheaper then another holiday consultant n he had booked the best hotel of mecca the hilton suite just a 1 minutes walk from the karbah

The whole experience with Makkah Gateway was amazing everything was organised and easy. The hotel in Makkah was amazing, the people there are helping in everything. It was close to the harram. The drivers were on time for each trip. We had not experienced any problems at all. We definitely recommend them to all friends and family when booking for umrah or hajj trips.
