Amazing quality

Our granddaughter absolutely loved Dexter the dog it is so well made. Will definitely be ordering from you for presents for her in the future.

Hi Jane, thanks for your review however I note you have not fully explained the background to this. You placed an order using two gift cards. We subsequently received a charge back request for both gift cards and therefore the gift cards automatically become invalid as they no longer hold a balance. Therefore your order had to be cancelled. I note the gift cards were not purchased by yourself and therefore suggest getting in contact with the people who purchased the cards for you to understand why they wanted a refund. We also ask that you re-consider this very negative review.

Good prices but delivery took a while, I think 6 days. It was despatched using DPD on day 5 after ordering. I messaged customer services on day 5 (before I got the despatch email) and still not heard back from them, so if there was an issue, potentially a long wait for someone to reply… Other than that great variety of toys.

Paid for next day delivery but didn’t…

Paid for next day delivery but didn’t receive it. However communication was fast and effective and eventually received my order albeit five days late.

Hi Olivia, thanks for your constructive review. I have looked into your order and can see that there was unfortunately a delay which I sincerely apologise for. I know it can be stressful organising presents and a delay doesn't help!.

I can see that my colleagues were quick to respond to your emails and we were able to upgrade your delivery to an early morning Saturday service to get your order to you as quickly as we could.
