I ordered a bespoke doormat featuring a custom design my husband created, including feet, paws, and specific text in our chosen font. The final product was made to our exact specifications and looks absolutely fabulous in our porch. We couldn't be happier with the result!

While the product was fantastic, the service interaction wasn't as enthusiastic. The rep managing my order was professional but seemed somewhat standoffish and unapproachable. I would have appreciated a more helpful and engaged experience. I persisted only because no other company could meet my specific needs.

Lovely coir doormat, can’t believe I didn’t buy one sooner!
I bought an internal mat as well as a thick coir one to sit outside in our porch, as it’s sewn on the edge it looks particularly smart.
I’ll buy another one for the back door as you can get them made to measure.
I did also buy the coir cleaning brush which made me chuckle as it’s really a lovely old fashioned scrubbing brush which does exactly what is needed to give the coir a weekly quick “scrub”.
The mats are packed with spare coir pieces which are great for the garden.

I bought a Large Coir Doormat 30 mm thickness, it has a braided edge, this is just like the one I bought in the early 1980s.

I reckon that I had been a bit rough with the old one, banging it against the wall to clean off any debris, otherwise it would still be good.

A great easy to use ordering process. Measurements in half centimeter increments meant that our new coir mat fits in the front door mat well like a glove. Fast and efficient delivery with updates throughout. Top quality.

Have used Make An Entrance on several occasions, over a number of years, for supplying new doormats for house. Their website is easy navigate and offers wide range of products. Ordering is easy and delivery very quick. Products are excellent quality and robust. Overall very happy and would recommend to anyone thinking of ordering from them.

I had a problem with a mat which Make an Entrance were quick to resolve. Unfortunately they were let down by their carrier but did everything they could correct this. There service was exceptional and I now have a high quality mat that looks great. Thank you to everyone involved.
