This was a birthday gift for our walker/co-parent ... but I couldn't wait to give it to her. She loves it! Lightweight but good quality hoodie, it has FOUR dogs on it, mine, hers that died three years ago, another dog that regularly goes on walks with them, and her sister's dog. Printing is top quality. Now everybody wants one!

I ordered sweatshirt haven’t received it yet but I love the part where it helps dogs ..so 5stars a good person and a good company are good to animals !!!PeriodT!!

I was impatient for not receiving confirmation on an order and CV posted my frustration. I received my order and am very pleased with it and my granddaugter loves it.

I received a damaged shirt but they replaced it very fast. I love the shirts I ordered from them. It's very good quality shirts. Five stars from me!

Darn it! I wish I had read these reviews! Same issues! They sent incorrect items and size and I can’t get any customer service and Im only on my 3rd email to them. I too was fooled with the FL address. I will have my credit card company dispute the charges. I dont have the time or energy to fight this fly by night scammer. Buyer beware.

I ordered two shirts last year and they are great t shirts. I hope the really do help dogs!!!!!

Wrong color / size they refuse to fix their mistakes!!! Beware of ordering from this company.

I wish I had looked up reviews before ordering! I ordered the same shirt in different colors and size. They sent one that was correct and the second one was the wrong color and had the wrong names I hope I have better luck than most but reading the earlier reviews doubt it. 😤

Ok. Update from Make A Dog Smile customer service: they contacted me by e-mail and are working on correcting my order. Says it may take 4-7 business days to complete. Will update and change stars.

After 12 emails and 5 weeks I received the shirt I ordered( the first shirt was wrong size wrong color) but once again WRONG SIZE. Don’t buy from a company that doesn’t care about customers.

I ordered a t-shirt and wanted to return it and replace it or a refund. After 13 emails I still have a shirt ($32) that doesn’t fit and wrong color. I was assured I would get my money or a correct new shirt or refund. That’s all it is easy for them to do. It is almost a month February 26.

T-shirt arrived in less than a week. Good quality and made my daughter smile! Will order again.

Still haven't got my shirt. And it been 2 wks where's my shirt at?

I placed an order for a basic t-shirt on 9/7 and read shipping would be within 7 days. They did not mention that the shirt was coming from China. When I emailed them to find out where it was they then informed me that I should get it within 20 days! I am still waiting and getting no updates even though I have requested them.

Cheap and the not done well!! Don’t order!

I look for US companies when buying from ads. Their business stated it was located in Florida so I ordered. Received shipping info that it was coming from China and a foreign transaction fee was applied in the cost by my bank. I won't order again if they can't be transparent and honest in business.

I ordered three t-shirts. Two were with the same saying in two different sizes, one with a different saying. I received three with the same saying. I contacted them, in total, seven times. First I was told they would send out the correct shirt then was repeatedly told that I had received my order in all subsequent emails and I wasn't getting a refund! I never asked for a refund, just the correct shirt, which I never received. I finally gave up a few weeks ago.

Fantastic quality t- shirts have brought every colour in all the designs and paid for blankets for shelters think they do a fantastic service for dog's

My one complaint is that I made a mistake on colour, tried to fix within minutes but already ordered. I sent about 4 emails trying to fix, and got worse. You gave me a discount of 30% which made me feel badly as we are trying to save dogs…my next t shirt is now ordered in the colour I wanted.
I know you are reputable, and I appreciate it.

This website says they will donate money but I don't see any evidence that they have donated to charities. Be careful!
