Order wasn't delivered
Ordered from them a week ago. The order hasn't been dispatched. No news of it. They don't reply on email or instagram. Their comment section is closed. Feels like a scam. Should have checked reviews here before ordering.
RE: subscription ongoing
I cancelled the subscription because the price of the oil was okay though a bit small for the price but paying 3/4£ for delivery is a rip off every month it should be free delivery with subscription. However after cancelling subscription and speaking to someone that said it will be cancelled to my surprise I have been charged for the subscription and it’s still ongoing so I was lied to. It’s just a rip off

Foolishly didn’t check this place out on TrustPilot until much later on after not receiving order.
Placed on 22nd November where it seems I have now been ghosted by them as they won’t reply to any of my emails.
Essentially they are thieves, £40 down with nothing to show for it.
They have restricted comments on their Instagram and if you check on Facebook their comments have been hidden here too. I have commented on several posts to see if it provokes a response from them.
Avoid at all costs, they have very convincing social media accounts but it seems they are not to be trusted after reading these reviews and from my own experience.

I placed an order on 14/11/25 and, to this day,I haven't received anything.
I contacted the company several times,and every time I got a different excuse:
-That the item was a pre-order taking 6-8 weeks(this was never mentioned at checkout),
-That they are small company,
-That they had to change transport,
-They even offered to ship half of the order,which never happened.
You can't leave reviews on their website, and all email responses feel automated and generic,not like real customer support.
Based on my experience,this website is not trustworthy. I strongly recommend not ordering from them

Much like the other reviews I ordered the Hammam set on 15/11/25. I chose Royal Mail 24 as delivery option. When the item was not received by mid December I was advised that the item was ‘Pre Order’ and would take 6-8 weeks. If I had been made aware of this at the time I would have saved my money. I made further contact 2 days ago and got the same response. Negative comments made on the companies Instagram and Facebook page disappear.
Be very careful with this company.
I ordered from this company on 20th December and when I queried where my order was I found their responses to be passive aggressive inntheir private DMs. When I continued to post my concerns publicly, they sent me an email saying they had cancelled my order, without me asking for it to be cancelled and the email also stated "your payment has not yet been refunded".
This is not the type of company I would recommend to anyone.
Avoid preorders - required court action to resolve
Updating my review following resolution.
I ordered a Hammam Set from Maison Zee on 11 November 2025, sold on a 5–6 week preorder basis.
After hearing nothing for weeks, I contacted them on 8 December for an update. Only then was I told the lead time was actually 6–8 weeks, and I later noticed the delivery wording on the website had been changed after my purchase.
Due to the lack of fulfilment and shifting timelines, I initiated a chargeback. Following this, Maison Zee sent me only half of the set, yet used “proof of delivery” of that partial shipment to dispute the chargeback and retain payment for the full order value.
To be clear: I paid for a set. I did not receive a set.
Partial delivery does not equal fulfilment, and using it as justification to charge in full is misleading and unacceptable.
After multiple unanswered attempts to resolve this, I proceeded with a County Court claim. A judgment was issued in my favour (claim 794MC450).
The remaining balance was only paid after further follow-ups following the judgment.
While I have now received the full amount owed, the process to get there was unnecessarily long and required legal action, which should not be needed for a straightforward refund.
I would strongly caution others against preorders unless you are prepared for delays and potential disputes.
5 weeks waiting no products arrived
5 weeks waiting no products arrived! I purchased two set one was a gift for my friend, I’m so disappointed! I’m now seeking refund and will take my money elsewhere! It does state preorder can take two weeks to be made has it’s description says made in Morocco mean authentic Hammam which I wanted! I feel really disappointed because we are way past the time frame!
We can all become business women drop shipping taking the customers money then not sending products! Customer service and satisfaction is what build a business not taking money with false promises! I suggest getting a business loan so you can pre buy your products!!!

Highly Misleading - Paid for 24h Tracking for a 2-Month Wait
I am writing this to warn other shoppers about the deceptive checkout process at Maison Zee. I purchased the "Miss Hammam Bundle" as a gift, and the website allowed me to select and pay for Royal Mail 24h Tracking at checkout. This naturally gave the impression of immediate delivery.
However, after the order didn't arrive and l contacted support, I was told it was actually a "pre-order" and would take 6-8 weeks to arrive.
The "pre-order" status is buried in a single line of text deep in the product description, and the "Add to Bag" button does NOT change to "Pre-Order."
Crucially, the 6-8 week timeframe is not mentioned at all on the product page or in the confirmation email—it is hidden away in their FAQ pages.
While their support team was quick to reply (even on Christmas Day), the business model feels incredibly dishonest. They take your money upfront to fund their small-batch production while promising "24h shipping" that they won't actually use for two months.
If you are buying this for a specific date or event, do not trust the shipping options at checkout. You are essentially giving them an interest-free loan while you wait nearly two months for your order. Extremely disappointed and would not have ordered if the wait time was clearly disclosed.
