Customer service were really helpful when organising delivery/ installation. Managed to get my sauna installed during the Christmas period so well pleased. Highly recommend 👏

Couldn't fault their communication, customer service, installers or after sales team. Such a great product too at such a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with the service we received or the Ice tub!

Great overall experience as the staff…
Great overall experience as the staff were friendly when answering all my questions about one of the products I was looking to purchase for our home. Delivery was quicker than expected but unfortunately they didn’t offer a service to place in room of choice but never the less A+. They’ve got a range of high quality luxury products that you’ll spend ages picking what you want :)
