Maisonelyndra Recensioni

Toutou non résistant et ne remplace pas contrairement à leurs pub.

I would give a 0 star. I bought 2 toys didn’t last a week asked for replacement got my 2 toys 1 month later. Again they didn’t last a week. I asked for a replacement and 3 months later still no toys. They give you a 1 year warranty but takes 3+ months to get the replacement so you get maybe 2 replacements if your lucky. Plus I saw same toys on temu for way cheaper. It’s not true they are indestructible.

Bought 2 toys for my dogs, sadly didn’t last then took like almost 2 months to send replacements since they say they warranty for a full year. Couple weeks after receiving the new ones same issue, now been over 2 months again waiting for new ones. It’s a scam. Their customer service is horrible and they waste months before sending new ones out to make sure you can get new ones regularly. I even asked to switch the toy since they keep sending the same ones that haven’t survived…ignored.

Avoid these guys

ATTENTION ARNAQUE. ILS PRÉTENDENT ÊTRE UNE ENTREPRISE QUÉBÉCOISE C EST FAUX C'EST CHINOIS. LE TOUTOU QUE JAI ACHETÉ À 45$ RESSEMBLE A UN JOUET DOLLORAMA C'EST UNE FRAUDE. MON CHIEN L A DÉTRUIT EN 10 MINUTES.

Too bad I can't give 0 star! This is a total scam.

Ne vous faites pas avoir, ne commandez pas de ce commerce. Il s’agit d’une compagnie chinoise, pas québécoise. Arnaque totale.

False advertising, i received a cheap stuffed animal that my Boston terrier destroyed in 5 minutes. They refused to give a refund. I had a fraud on my credit card 3 weeks after the purchase on this website

Simply one word : FRAUD

This is a scam company. My dog broke it within five minutes. Don’t buy anything from them.

Maison Elyndra markets its dog toys as "indestructible," but that could not be further from my experience. My dog weighs only 13 pounds, and she completely destroyed the toy within minutes of receiving it.

The toy was purchased on sale for $40 (regularly advertised at $80), which is outrageous considering the quality. The product appears to be cheaply manufactured, and the durability does not justify the price point at all.

After I contacted the company, they sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement lasted less than 48 hours before being destroyed as well. Even more concerning, my dog was able to remove the hard plastic component inside the toy, creating a potential ingestion and choking hazard.

The company does not offer a refund despite the product failing almost immediately and not performing as advertised. Claims of being "indestructible" are misleading when a small 13-pound dog can destroy two separate toys with such ease.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend these toys to other dog owners, especially given the safety concerns and inflated pricing.

Ja

Real bullshit, the product is cheap and it’s from china

Vraiment une arnaque, c’est super cheap et ça vient de chine

False advertising, they say that there in your contry but there not. Toy lasted 3 minutes (both 2 for 80$) . Dollorama toys better quality.

Ordered stuffies for my dog. They claim that it was delivered but I have video proof that the delivery person left with my package even if he wrote that he delivered it. They do not want to refund me because they say that they have a "delivery Confirmation" wich is bull because I can sent them all the proofs that the delivey guy left with my package.

BAD company !!!

Never arrived at destination, they wont help you to try to find it

Cheap toy, my golden destroyed it in two second ! Scam!

Very unsatisfied with their customer service. I waited over a month before getting the cheep toys made in China. After two weeks I wanted to cancel the order and they refused. I wrote many times after that again to cancel and they refused every time

ARNAQUE, FAUSSE PUBLICITÉ, AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT, JOUETS FRAGILES FAITES EN CHINE,IMPOSSIBLE DE FAIRE UN AVIS SUR GOOGLE,AUCUNE ADRESSE DE SIÈGE SOCIAL.
