Great product at a reasonable price. Delivery was rapid. The plaque we ordered with the bench failed to arrive, but this was sorted out quickly by customer services.

Prompt delivery of a quality product.
The order of a bench came promptly and the delivery driver went out if his was to be helpful. My husband and I assembled the bench and it was relatively easy. However we believe we have the back of the bench back to front so we're going to have to sort this out. We are very pleased with the bench itself.

Winawood bench delivery
Delivery within a few days of ordering. Unfortunately the wrong colour bench was delivered, but this was quickly rectified after I contacted customer services, and we now have our bench set up in the garden.

Well-packed and easy to assemble
Well-packed and easy to assemble. Great quality bench. Time will tell as far as durability and appearance are concerned. The only thing l would improve is the quality of communication re delivery. Not worth docking a star, however.

Great bench and cushion
Great bench and cushion - rapid and smooth delivery process - easy to assemble - looks good in our garden and with the cushion is very comfortable. Roll on more sunny days !
