Finally someone made something like this, I actually wanted to build something like this myself since I know how many agencies would benefit from it but this has been very solid so far. I just wish my team and I didn't have to share a login so I could just add them to like a team plan or something?

I think this is perfect for small teams, my wife and I run our brand with just 2 other team members, most people we've talked to offer to do our emails for $3000 a month, this is way cheaper and looks the same type of email those people had on their website anyway.

This is good. I have always been so last minute with my email campaigns, that made it pretty much impossible to work with agencies, but this let's me do it myself in a few mins so I really like it

I have to say I wasn't expecting to use the tool as much as I have, I booked a demo call and it looked good but sometimes these AI tools can be unreliable at scale, but I can't say that about Mailsplash. The only thing missing is a Shopify integration but the guy on the call said They're working on that

I've been in the email marketing space for years, and Mailsplash is by far the easiest, most efficient platform I've used. I recently upgraded plan and got the dedicated slack support with their actual team, They've been super responsive so far I just hope it stays that way

I put off email marketing for such a long time because I just didn't know where to start, saw an IG reel about this tool so booked a call with these guys and Onboarded. It's actually pretty crazy that you don't need ANY design or copywriting skills and that this just does it all for you lol

Have tried multiple times to contact the customer service to ask for a refund as the service did not meet my qualifications but no response.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with Mailsplash.ai's refund policy. As a professional who relies on reliable and customer-friendly services, I am appalled by the inflexibility and lack of consideration demonstrated by your company.

I recently purchased 1000 credits from Mailsplash.ai, intending to use them for my email marketing campaigns. However, after using only 10 credits, I realized that the service did not meet my expectations. When I reached out to your customer support team to request a refund for the remaining 990 unused credits, I was met with an outright refusal, citing your rigid policy that no refunds are given once any credits have been used.

This policy is utterly unacceptable. It is unreasonable and unfair to penalize customers for trying out a service and deciding it doesn't suit their needs. Your refusal to issue a refund for the substantial unused portion of my credits shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I understand the need for policies to protect businesses, but there must be a balance that also considers the customer's perspective. In this case, I feel completely disregarded and cheated. It's disappointing to see that Mailsplash.ai is unwilling to make even the smallest effort to accommodate a reasonable request.

As a professional who frequently uses various services in my line of work, I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere and advising my network to do the same.

I recommend not to use it. As they do not care if you are willing to use the service in the future, for me bunch of scammers concentrated on money, not the product.
