I would happily rate this company a zero if I could. No customer service, letter submitted and paid for almost 3 weeks ago and nothing has been sent.

! paid for and submitted a single page letter on 01/21/2026. A week later it had still not been mailed. No response from their customer service.

Avoid this Mail A Letter company that should be more appropriately named Keep A Letter.

Used them a few times. They are a legitimate site and, while it took a few business days to send, everything is marked as sent now. Easy upload and payment plus good value.

Easy to change outgoing addresses while mail is 'In Production'. Customer support goes to full Google Voice mailbox but turned out I could solve the issue on the website itself.

Item was never sent, even a week after the purchase was made. I was given an USPS tracking number, shere it was shown the item was never given to USPS for it to be sent.

Update: yesterday, I finally received an USPS notification, saying the package had just been processed for the first time.

I recently used their service to send a mail with few pages to the US because this is faster than sending it out of France (where I live). Since I read bad reviews on reddit and trustpilot, I decided to send me a copy to check the service. I can report that I did receive it, so I assume the recipient in the US also received it :-)

Hello, I paid for a letter to be mailed and now I can't log onto the page to check if my letter has been mailed or not. It keeps saying "We were unable to log you on please try again". I tried using the forgot password button and it says "we were unable to access your information. Please try again." I made a payment of $49 for this to be mailed. Nobody should use this service. They get your money and abscond. It's a fake website people beware.
