I am sharing my experience as a warning to other customers. I registered with Maid Services In India on 12th May 2026 for maid placement in Jaipur and paid a total of ₹13,278/- via Cashfree Payments. This is what happened:
WHAT WENT WRONG:
❌Confirmed maid never joined on agreed Date of Joining 19th May 2026
❌ Multiple profiles shared did not match my specified age requirements of 25-35 years
❌ Company representative Ms. Vanshika deliberately blocked my number on WhatsApp after collecting full payment
❌ No GST invoice provided for registration fee of ₹1,207.15/- despite multiple requests
❌ Defective GST invoice issued for service fee showing wrong amount ₹23,600/- vs actual payment ₹12,071.52/-
❌ Formal complaint email sent on 24th May 2026 — completely ignored
❌ Company founder Twinkle Patodiya contacted directly on 26th May 2026 — zero response
❌ 4+ days of complete silence despite multiple attempts on email and WhatsApp
PATTERN OF FRAUD:
I noticed after registering that multiple customers on this very platform have reported identical experiences. The company is very proactive before collecting payment — frequent calls, polished communication and prompt responses. After payment is collected they disappear completely.
The company operates under multiple brand names:
• Maid Services In India (maidservicesinindia.com)
• Goodmaids Services Pvt Ltd
• Maid In Jaipur (maidinjaipur.com)
All owned and operated by Twinkle Patodiya.
DO NOT pay this company. Do not be misled by their fake 5 star reviews. Check all negative reviews carefully — they all tell the same story.

Extremely horrible and mentally harassing experience with this agency.

Initially, they took a non-refundable registration fee of ₹1207.15, which we accepted. Their executive Shilpa then shared servant profiles, we finalized one candidate after interview, and immediately after that the agency started continuously pressuring and harassing us with repeated calls to urgently pay their commission amount of ₹25,350.19.

The moment payment was made, their behaviour completely changed.

The servant refused to join on the committed date of 20th May and stopped answering calls. Instead of resolving the issue or refunding the money for a service they failed to provide, the agency started mentally harassing us by making us speak to multiple so-called “seniors” one after another, including Abhishek, Meena, Ajay and Sourabh .

Every person gave different excuses, false assurances, and asked us to repeat the entire issue again and again instead of actually helping. This caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and harassment. Even after submitting a formal refund request, they became unresponsive and started ignoring calls and messages.

We have complete proof including payment screenshots, chats, refund requests, and records of their unresponsiveness.

Taking full payment, failing to provide service, and then mentally exhausting customers through endless calls and fake escalation is completely unethical. Please be extremely careful before trusting this agency with your money. Fraud alert‼️

Fraud company
Pathetic service.They are fraud.They will sent a person who will work for 2-4 months and then the person will run away without telling anyone. They will not provide the replacement.
They are not responding to calls and if by chance they pick..their same reply that no one is available in your city.
They are even not refunding

Horrible company, they are a scam. They have taken 6000 rupees from me and not provided me a maid or a cook. It has been over 3 months and they are not answering my complaints. Do not give your money to them, it is a scam

Worst team ever. Inspite of raising complaints through their portals there is absolutely no response. they are playing passing the parcel. Until the registration and half service charge payment they kept following up. none of the maids suggested by them turned up and now no one picks up the phone at once. they keep passing phone to other person. first, vanshika, then saloni, then ayushi now lavina. bunch of cheaters. No call backs unless you keep chaising them like mad people.

Very disappointing experience again.

After my last review they reached out to me and after being assured multiple times that things would be fixed, I trusted this agency again—but after even around 1.5 month and around 20 days since they made a call to me, it’s the same situation.

Calls are not answered, commitments are not met, and there is no accountability at all.

This kind of unreliability creates real problems for working families who depend on such services.

I would strongly suggest others to be cautious before relying on them

Pathetic company worst service they have.They have taken registration amount and no maid provided profile shared.

Fraud company, they don't have trusted staff. I got my things stolen from the maid they sent.

Absolute fraud . They take all the money in advance, do a contract etc but with no intention of honouring it . They provided a cook but refused to pay her. We have been following up non stop and they don't even answer the calls . Very prompt when they have to receive the advance .And nothing after that .

Please run miles away from them . TOTAL FRAUD

Its scam , they will charge 1000 rs for registration and then service charges minimum 5k and then maid comes home works for 2 days and then there will be no response from the maid and team . We had to pay 20k rupees which is not refunded.

This is worst experience to contact them. I request all to don't pay any amount to them. Very poor service provider, first of all they don't provide any service or employee to you.This is worst experience to contact them. If you pay any amount to them they don't pick your call ever. Maid services is a fraud company. They missguided peoples. Once you deposited money they doesn't respon to your calls or messages please do not pay any money to them.

This is very bad & fraud company. This company don't provide employ. This company is not trustable. This is a fraud setup. Please do not pay any money to them. They promise a lot but will simply ignore your call. This company is very bad experience & fraud Company. I am not sure how such setup continues to operate. I suggest to all no body contact this company & no pay this company. This is 100% fraud company.

If there was a zero rating or minus rating i would definitely give that rating…. Maid service in Jaipur is a fraud and cheater company. They have taken ₹10500 from me as half-advance for maids salary . They have been unable to provide me a full time maid for the past 2 months now.
On asking for a refund of my money, the-Team lead - Mr Aishwary and his team - Ms Kumkum have now blocked my number and are refusing to return my money.
Pls be cautious and DO NOT ask for any type of service from this company. They only sweet talk but are absolutely unable to provide any service. The maids dont even have a police verification !!!!!
