Responsible and respectful

Trainer Samrawit came to train our nanny and made 2 wonderful dishes. She’s is kind, patient and thorough when teaching. Highly recommend Samrawit.

CHEF Samrawit is beyond perfection . She is always here to support and teach as good as she can . She is very receptive to our needs and is always doing her best to provide the best service

The training cheif was great. Proffisional , polite , and calm. She helped my nanny make pizza for my kids linch box and turned out thr best we had ever !

Finding the right maid is not easy, Rana really went out of her way for us to find someone who met our needs and we appreciate her obsession to making sure we’re satisfied

Chef Clara visited my home while I was at work, I help train a new maid in some Asian Spicy dishes.
From what I can see through my cctv, she was punctual, to the point, prepared with printed recipes, implanted good hygiene and guided the maid in how to prepare the meal but also why she does certain steps.
She even sent me complete shopping list before the training so everything was ready when she arrived.
And the bonus for me was the taste. Oh Waw, the food was great and I used the recipe to cook the dishes the following week together with my most.

Great experience, very professional agency and Senator Teshome was amazing with our lovely Faith, thank you again for all.

Since February, we have been dealing with ongoing issues with this maid.cc agency. We have paid the them more than AED 4,000 per maid, while the maid is receiving only AED 1,500.We are also concerned that there is no proper insurance provided for the maids. Every time we raise these concerns, we are told that they will fix the problems and are asked to give them more time and another chance. We have already given them many chances, but the issues remain unresolved.The agency often does not respond to our calls or messages.When they do contact us, it is usually a new employee who is unfamiliar with our situation, so we have to explain the same problems repeatedly.This has caused unnecessary delays, frustration, and inconvenience.

Miss Rana is the best executive in this company, she professionally solved all my problems with maid cc company.

I got trainer Ms.Samrawit to train my nanny with cooking some indian dishes and basics like chapatis, parathas.
She was very sweet and took the time to understood how we like our food, and then put effort in training my nanny as well.
Highly recommend!!

Senait Teshome provided us more great training. It was easy to arrange, she was punctual and patient with my maid. Im happy with the service.

Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service is practically non-existent, and the whole process feels designed around collecting high fees while providing very little actual support or value.

There is no clear customer service number where you can simply call and speak to someone. Instead, you are pushed through AI-based support, and even when you eventually manage to reach a person after days of trying, they simply repeat the same scripted responses they have clearly been given. There is no genuine attempt to understand the issue or actually resolve it.

What is also particularly concerning is the apparent treatment of the domestic workers themselves. The fees charged to customers are high, while the salaries paid to the maids appear disproportionately low. It raises serious questions about how much of what customers pay actually benefits the people doing the work.

For a company operating in such a personal and important service, I would expect basic accessibility, transparency and human customer support. Instead, the experience feels transactional, impersonal and incredibly frustrating.

I would strongly recommend improving the customer service infrastructure, providing a proper phone contact for customers, treating domestic workers more fairly, and empowering support staff to actually solve problems rather than simply repeat scripted AI-generated answers.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Maids.cc.

Amr was very helpful in trying to provide me with solutions for issues of getting the maid on time as there were no available slots. Thanks Amr for the help.

We got Chef Clara to train our hired maid. She was very patient and gave good time to our help. Though there was a communication gap because of language she ensured that the help understood what she was doing. It was great to have a smiling trainer in the kitchen! Great service !

Senait teshome was punctual, polite and ensured she provided guidance to my maid for organizational skills. She was very humble and thorough. I would recommend others to utilize her services.

It was a wonderful experience with the trainee Chef Sawramit ❤️ she's adorable, very polite and helped my nanny to understand better my favorite recipes for my toddler .. looking forward to see her again 🙏🏻
