Watch broke and is unusable after 1.5 years if light wear

Valse merkkleding waar nog niet eens een eticket inzit, zelfs niet eentje hoeje het moet wassen. Slechte kwaliteit met naden die loskomen en 4 weken verzending... wegblijven!!

Beautiful watch with such a unique design. My husband receives daily compliments for his watch! Received the watch in such a nice package too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique piece.

I ordered a watch in March and I still do not have it. I have set many emails to Magnus Watches with no reply. Is this a scam. I do not understand. Has anyone bought a watch from them? Are they a real place?

I have been trying to reach you for last 1 month.The watch i gifted to my brother is defective and no one has replied to my till now. I sent atleast 3 emails and the 1 month exchange/refund time is already over. If you guys can't reply you shouldn't mislead people on your website about 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I am very disappointed. I will never buy again or recommend anyone magnus

I like the watch it looks good but it seems as if it don’t keep track of time very well I had to set it a couple of times to the correct time

Pour l’anniversaire de mon fils, mes parents ont commandé une jolie montre chez Magnus avec tout un système de jantes qui bouge lorsque la montre pivote, au bout de trois jours, la montre portée, la trotteuse, s’est désolidarisée du mouvement bloquant ainsi tout le système. Nous avons contacté le service après-vente Magnus à plusieurs reprises, un message automatique nous a été envoyé puis après maintes mails nous avons quand même réussi à contacter quelqu’un qui nous a demandé une vidéo de 6 secondes de la montre, nous informant que nous allions être recontacté. L’achat a été effectué au mois de novembre, nous sommes à l’heure actuelle mi-juin et aucun retour n’a été fait malgré le renouvellement de nos demandes.

I request a full refund. It has been months and I still have not received my watch. You literally are the worst. Refund my money asap!

My first purchase from Magnus was bitter sweet. The product is beautiful well made superior packaging for the price point great looking timepieces altogether. My only issue was the time it took to get to me. I've never ordered anything online that took over a month to get to me. Don't know if that is normal wait time or if I was just a special case but when my items finally arrived I was more than pleased.......

Watch broke and customer service won’t respond after me trying to reach out to them 5 separate times. It is supposed to have a one year warranty. Won’t buy again

You have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

I purchased a spinning wheel watch for my Son, and it’s only been a month since I received it. Initially, the wheel spun smoothly with minimal friction, lasting around 30 seconds before coming to a stop. However, after just one month, the friction has noticeably increased, and now the wheel spins very slowly, lasting only 5-6 seconds at best. This is quite disappointing for me and my son and not what I expected from a new watch.

I purchased an additional watch strap that never came. I contacted customer service several times and was told they would look into it and never heard back.

Don't bother. Watch strap is faulty and doesn't stay closed. They respond slowly at first asking for photos and videos then completely ignore you. SCAM.

Les montres sont certe belles mais ne tiennent pas plus de 6 mois : les aiguilles tombent dans le cadran, la peinture s'efface. Ne comptez pas sur le service client et encore moins sur la supposée garantie, ils vous dirons que votre demande est en attente et joueront la carte du temps en vous faisant attendre pendant des mois.
