Nou ik heb wat besteld na weken is het kapot binnen gekomen, kreeg na 20 berichtjes eindelijks reactie dat ze het opnieuw zouden sturen, ik wacht nu al 4 weken en tig mailtjes gestuurt maar geen reactie meer.

Deceiving advertising and they dont want to offer a refund.

I just saw an ad for this and as usual, most of these ads like the masato knife are scams. They show the lamp can set things on fire and that got me laughing.
I can't believe people see this, click the link and actually buy...
I googled "magnolight scam" and found this. I thought i'd add a review to further sink them.

SCAM!!!!! Do not buy!
These torches are next to useless. After placing the order I immediately contacted Magnolight to ask them to cancel but was told it wasn't possible as it was already shipped - within an hour of ordering!! I challenged and they admitted it wasn't shipped but was in the process and so couldn't be cancelled. I said i would refuse delivery and was told if i do I could forfeight my right to a refund and it was best to accept shipment and apply for a return.
A week later i got an email to say the product had shipped!!!!
Unfortunately i was away when it was delivered or i would have refused delivery.
These torches are next to useless. Either the batteries sent with them are dead or the battery option doesn't work. I was able to charge but the light they emit is less than a match!!!!
I asked for a refund - had to go through the process of being offered a 25% discount, then a 50% discount, then a 75% discount. I refused them all and said I wanted a full refund, including the postage given that I asked to cancel this order long before it was despatched.
They agreed to a return (but failed to provide an address until I asked) but refused to pay for return postage. Not only that but they insist that the package is returned by tracked post. Given that the return address is Germany sending by tracked courier would cost a fortune!
I have asked for the 75% discount which I do not expect to receive but we'll see - if I do I will post an update.

Flash light would not hold charge. Contacted customer services. Offered 50% refund. The customer is liable for return cost.
A scam poor quality item for the cost.
Do not buy from them.

Minderwertige Ware, verspricht in der Werbung Funktionen die nicht vorhanden sind. Rückgabe nicht möglich, da Verkäufer im Ausland sitzt. Somit viel Geld für die Tonne. Diese Lampe ist maximal 5 Euro wert, wenn überhaupt. Finger weg von diesem Anbieter!

Die Lampe ist absolut unbrauchbar . Kauft sie nicht. Angeblich soll sie Feuer entzünden, tut sie aber nicht. Sie ist grade mal so groß wie ein Finger.

Very much like other reviews. I fell for the hype. It's expensive cheaply made tat. Not adjustable, charge didn't even last an hours dog walk in the dark. Not as bright as they claim. Just don't buy it. I bought a £2.40 battery pocket torch from my local filling station and it's much better. Took a month to arrive. In fact it took so long, I forgot that I'd ordered it!

I ordered 5 torches. My bankers contacted me to confirm. We agreed the site looked questionable but having some authenticity. My payment failed initially due to cookies but upon second try, was successful. I called their Customer Service located in Lithuania. So far things seem kosha as I just received a shipping and tracking order. I will keep you updated.
My parcel containing the 5 torches arrived today at 15.30. This was late by 7 days because Poste Italiane sat on it as usual. OK I realize we don't all get satisfaction; some get mislead. I am always the first to complain when things go awry, but on this occasion I MUST give 5 stars and a special recommendation to the girls on the Lithuanian helpdesk. The torches are constructed of metal probably steel, the intensity of the beam is phenomenal. The switch gives a reassuringly heavy click, the magnet is so powerful the torch is almost snatched from your hand. For me this is a YES of a purchase.

I got scammed with this company, over priced for what it is Chinese made not as advertised and tagged on a monthly payment for extend warranty found out later after checking my PayPal, removed my cards and opened a complaint

Ergänzung 2 Std. später : hat sich alles in Wohlgefallen aufgelöst.Eine kompetente Support Mitarbeiterin,Yan,hat mir mein Geld zurück überwiesen.

Habe auch bei Magnolight bestellt bevor ich die Bewertungen gelesen habe.Daraufhin wollte ich das ganze wieder stornieren, was dann nicht ging . hatte natürlich schon über Pay Pal bezahlt . Dann habe ich einfach meine Zahlung bei Pay Pal gesperrt !!

Ich habe unmittelbar nach meinem Kauf und Bezahlung über Paypal, den Betrug gemerkt und versucht zu stornieren. War angeblich nicht möglich, da die Ware nach 10 Minuten bereits unterwegs sein sollte. ???
Antwort alles auf Englisch! Werde die Ware bei Lieferung nicht annehmen. Hier stimmt ja garnichts. Leute fallt auf diesen Schwindel nicht rein.

ISP should not be allowed to display these sites cause we are basically paying them to put people at risk of being scammed access to the internet should be free if they dance to there tunes full of advertisements it should be like itv and the others that use advertisements

Definitely not a good company.
Say products are made in Uk in the advert, in fact made in China.
Say the beam is adjustable, not so. Ordered three flash lights and just not worth the money.
Delivery quoted seven days, took three weeks.
Can’t get hold of phoning customer support.

Bestellt wurde eine Magnolight laut Internet-Werbung, d.h. eine mehr als Handtellergroße fokusierbare im Strahlwinkel verstellbare "taktische" Taschenlampe. Nach 2 Wochen ist eine winzige fingergroße Taschenlampe ohne Fokusiereirichtung ("Mini three eyed beast flashlight") geliefert (vor die Haustüre geworfen) worden.

This is advertised as an flashlight, that can spark a fire. That it not possible.

I fell for this scam so please read and don’t fall for it yourself. I foolishly ordered 5 of the flashlights at a generous discount only to find they’d sneaked in a Continuous Payment Authority scam of £4.99 per item as extended warranty to be paid every month thereafter. Lucky I saw this and cancelled the order via PayPal. They are crooks and I told them as such.

Don't be caught out, this torch is a scam, they show different torches and suggest it was invented by a UK soldier but then show a photo of an American soldier. The beams of light cannot come from a torch so small and cheap.

Keep your money in your pocket.
