Fraud company

Fraud company. I ordered my product the beginning of January. I sent an email the end of January to cancel as I hadn’t received anything or heard anything from this fraudulent company in weeks. A couple of days later, magically they’ve sent the order I canceled. I receive the order another 2-weeks later. Product not as advertised, and to add insult to injury, I received 1/3 of what ordered and paid for. I have been trying to return the junk that they sent me and have requested a refund & return procedure numerous times. As of today (4/26/24), still no product, still not refund, yet I’ve gotten random emails that they’re “looking into the issue”. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this company.

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 10, I WOULD! THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM OR A REFUND! THE TRACKING NUMBER IS FAKE, IT HAS BEEM 2 MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING NOT EVEN A RESPONSE! THIS COMPANY IS TRASH! BUYER BEWARE!

Not worth the price, more like a knock-off

I received the item in a timely manner however the leather has starting peeling within one week of usage. I would not recommend buying this item as the leather or faux leather is peeling and not worth the price.

Thank you for your feedback.

We have sold over 50 of this item, and never received a complaint about the product peeling. Our branded products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the brand.

We have reached out to the brand for clarifications and we were informed that the fact that the leather started peeling on the product means there was a misuse and not an issue with the product as this is a 100% authentic Dolce & Gabbana product and the peeling can only happen to the product if misused (leaving it in the sun for a while, having water on it for a while, etc.).
