We are genuinely sorry for the distress and disappointment caused by your experience. As we mentioned in our recent email to you, this is the first time we have ever encountered a situation like this with UPS, and we are just as upset as you are that your package arrived open and empty.
We are already in contact with UPS to investigate what happened and have applied for insurance on your shipment. As soon as we receive a response from them, we will arrange to send you a replacement item. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
