Was charged for puzzle books in October. It's now 2 months later and still no puzzles. WTF..you take my money and send no products..scam

My favorite puzzles from Dell come out quarterly, can be difficult to find, and sellers love to price gouge. So when I found them for their normal price at Puzzle Book Store, you bet I was buying them! They charged a really reasonable shipping fee, and arrived MUCH quicker than anticipated - both times I purchased from them. I will definitely continue to order from them!

SCAM!! This company is a SCAM. Everything about this company is FAKE! I ordered on 3/21/24 and here it's now 4/29/24 and I still have not received the magazine subscription that was ordered. I have called 800-906-6247 uncountable times and no one answers. I left a message and received no response! They are taking your money and not giving you any magazines in return! COUNT YOUR DAYS BECAUSE I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET A RESOLUTION!!

I so glad there is a magazine like this. I get to keep my husband in the loop on the outside world and it keeps him positive. It didn't take forever to receive like so many others I sent him and a fare price. I will be ordering more magazine from hear in the future

Magazine arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The seller went the extra mile packaging it to prevent the USPS from destroying it in the delivery process. Quite happy with this transaction.

Was extremely excited to have Ebony magazine sent to me as they are no longer in publication for subscription. Although, recently I read that a few stores have them, I have been unable to fine one, therefore, I was so glad to get one. Awesome!!!

Very easy ordering process, i ordered book for my son who is incarcerated and he received his book within 2 days I defenitely would order again from this site, and highly recommend this site.

They were prompt in sending the magazines. My homie was locked down so they came through in the clutch

Communication was exceptional and although the website states delivery takes 5 to 8 days, my son got the mags within 4 days of placing the order. During the whole process I was notified via text/email of progress.
I just wish our government worked with such efficiency!
