This company is self regulated, so in the event you have a complaint or dispute, there is no one to go to. Often times when you try and deposit via your card, you get an error message saying ‘insecure gateway’ basically you are exposed to others being able to steal your data. I think the football odds are fairly generous but the slots, would steer clear of. I bet £2,000 over the course of the weekend and got absolutely fleeced. I gave up in the end. Asked my client manager for a bonus given that, haven’t heard back. The games feel like they are rigged. Of course if you challenge this their support team will tell you they’re not and are all above board and you have just been unlucky but this is coming from a company who is self regulated and could do whatever they want. It’s a strange site. Gives me the impression it’s a run by a couple of teenagers out of back bedroom somewhere. Would not trust it.
