Took my money over a month ago. Still no update to shipping label
Ordered more than a month ago (Apr 13th). Shipping label is not updated. Emailing their Orders email address but no response. Cannot submit "Contact Us" form as error "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." Try almost daily and it never submits. Messaged the eTransfer link and all they said was "No, you need to contact customer service, not here" so there clearly someone at work.
