Magical for real
Well this lending company is nice, understanding, approachable and easy to talked especially there contact support...it's my first time here and although I don't have money on my bank account when they verify and check my situation still I've been able to get money from then...the trust they have to the people is worth the wait and effort on applying loan, thank you and I appreciate this...To all of you who needed help, you all can try Magical Credit so you can prove what I am trying to say here, it's really Magical here...

Conflicting and Constantly Changing Policies
After 5 years they still keep changing the rules to qualify. And denied previous guidelines. To a point they suggest they will give me Extended Payment Plan as a one-time courtesy; when in fact I had the payment plan 6 times;and they called it installments, but now EPP. Customer service, 1 of many departments, don't listen to what you are saying , they keep repeating themselves; and speak poor englih.

Hi Sherman, thanks for the review. We need to explain a bit how the extended payment plan works: any customer can be eligible for an EPP if their 2 previous loans fall within a 63-day period. It is fairly common that customers fall out and back in the EPP rule from time to time - that happens because of how their payday schedule is set up. If you have any questions about it, we're more than happy to discuss over the phone or via email. Oh, and sometimes we may call the EPP "installments", because you are, in fact, paying your loan in installments instead of a single payment (which is the standard). In any case, we're here to clear out any misunderstandings. Have a Magical weekend ahead!
