Terrible quality. The photos and description as well as higher price point makes you think you are receiving a good quality product. The material on the shoes came away after an hour wear. Avoid.

I ordered a dress that total two weeks to arrive. When it did the fit was poor and so is the quality. I asked for a full refund and received several emails from them offering me discount on future orders and for the fifth time I said a want a full cash refund. They last offer is a 20% refund but only once the item and been shipped (back to Asia) and inspected. I am so angry. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible! - Terrible quality, Terrible everything - the dress was nothing like as advertised, really cheap, and the design was printed on. Then a never ending series of automated responses to me trying to return it and still no address to send it back to.

Avoid this company. I too was fooled by the images on their website. I had ordered a dress which looked lovely online. But when it arrived, squeezed into the smallest bag possible, I realised I'd made a big mistake! The quality was terrible, the material was nothing as described and it came with no tags attached. I emailed customer services and I too received multiple offers of partial refunds etc. I kept pushing for a full refund but in their policy they say that you are responsible for all shipping costs. This was going to cost almost £26. The policy is engineered to make any return/refund as difficult as possible. I would definitely not advise anyone to purchase anything from this company and would recommend that it should be avoided at all costs! I'm annoyed at myself for not checking Trustpilot reviews first 😒

Wore this maxi dress to my daughters graduation. Liked the overall silhouette, though it's a bit more see-through than I expected under bright light. Stitching and hems look properly finished. It arrived two days earlier than the estimate, simple packaging, nothing fancy.

Bought a dress as a birthday gift for my mum without telling her the
price, and she thought I'd spent way more than I did. The red really
pops in person and the cut is flattering on curves too. Halfway
through checkout I realised I'd put the wrong delivery address in,
panicked a little, but one email later it was corrected before it even
shipped. Shipping came in a bag, but overal really happy.

The colour is richer in person than in the listing photos, which was a pleasant surprise for a photoshoot outfit. The fabric is slightly itchy directly against skin, wore a thin layer underneath after the first try. Asked about the fabric composition beforehand and got a clear, specific answer. Delivery was within the standard timeframe.

Soft, though delivery took longer than the original estimate. Customer support emailed to let me know about the delay before I had to chase it myself which made the wait easier to deal with. Not sure I'd call the product exceptional, just does the job.

One of the seams on my dress had come slightly loose, disappointing given how much I liked the colour and the ruched detailing. Reached out expecting a whole ordeal, but they offered me a replacement dress for free! New one arrived quickly and the quality this time was exactly what I'd hoped for the first time around.

Place an order and was promised a refund if it did not arrive in time, Emma at customer services kept emailing me to ask me to keep the product and I could have another item if I wanted to the Fabric the quality of the item is poor and it’s all from China, when I was pushing for a refund as I could tell the material is so poor I kept getting endless excuses and for a £45 item after a battle was only refunded £13 as they want you to pay courier charges back to China, I would say avoid this company as it is not very clear and state it’s London based

Avoid this using this company at all costs, the products are not as described. Cheap and shoddy. When I tried to return it, I was asked to return it back to China which was clearly impossible. Poor products and awful customer service.

Just received my order from this company item is too big poor quality in my opinion for £40.00 dress I immediately emailed them asking for full refund and have been met with many declarative as accept 20% refund keep dress ? Why would want something which is too big and not what I expected seriously they want me keep item refund £8.00 for £40.00 dress I will update this review when receive a reply to my latest email

The customer support is excellent. They responded very quickly and were very polite. I came across something that I bought for my friend as a suprise, and she was really happy with it. They even asked me were I got it from! The packing was good, the item arrived undamaged and secure inside the shipping bag. But there is ofcourse room for improvement with the packaging.

I was going on a holiday and was looking for some sandals. After ordering them from Maeven London I was a bit concerned about the delivery time, but after sending a email they responded quickly and helped me with my concerns. Although the delivery time was a bit longer then I expected, the sandals came in nice packaging and the quality and comfort are better than I expected. I have worn the sandals for the majority of my holiday

The sale on the website has some nice items, although I was skeptical, I tried and ordered some heels and a dress. Wasn't sure what to expect. After my order arrived I was really surprised! I had a wedding coming up and decided to wear it, and the compliments I got were really great! The quality of the products is also great, I will definitely shop more often in the future.

I came across their occasion edit collection and ordered 2 dresses. After waiting a few days on the delivery I was really surprised with the quality. The dresses really gave me the elegant look I was looking for, although one of the dresses was a bit too small, I could exchange it very easily for a larger size. The support team really helped me think through the best solution.

I bought a summer dress from the site, I usually don't buy online but I was looking for holiday dresses. I'm really happy with the dress, the fabric is breathable for hot summer days. I was concerned about the delivery of the package, but after getting in contact with the support team I was helped very quickly.

This is not only the worst product of clothing I have ever received, but in the worst state that I have ever received something. Screwed up in a creased ball in a small plastic bag, it smelt stale like it's come from a dirty place. The material is strange like slightly greasy cotton, the colour is not the bright yellow they show on instagram but a dull dirty yellow.
The stitching is the poorest quality - it is obviously made in a sweat shop somewhere in China. DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! I have had many emails contact with them to try and return it. They refuse to let you return it and offered a 10% discount off next purchase!! I have the email!! I have to say no so many times, they kept putting the discount up 20%,30%, then finally offered a 30% refund if I just kept the item- NO! I wanted a return label - this obviously does not exist as a service - they then told me I am responsible for sending this back all the way to some place in China- which of course is impossible die to the rules and regulations so they know I can't do that. It's a cheap item - but I could have got a good quality Zara item for the £44 I paid. I was taken in by the AI pictures on their instagram account.
