No free special delivery for high value orders and automated message asking you to review before the item arrived
Other websites I have ordered from offer free special delivery if you spend over X amount, however these guys don't. They have also set up a system where you are automatically sent an email asking you to review but I hadn't received the items yet.
The actual items were fine when they finally arrived though.

Sorry that you felt let down by the service that I have provided on this occasion.
I do offer free delivery over £30 through the store, but if a customer requires special delivery I do require that to be paid for.
Unfortunately as explained in our previous correspondence, the review email is automated via Trustpilot. Under normal circumstances you should have received your order but unfortunately on this occasion Royal Mail were slow in delivering.
I am glad you have received your order and everything arrived safely, all be it very late.
