Mad, not fun
A jump Pro trampoline was a gift from my parents to my boys.
It is 2 years old, twice the pole connector has rusted and snapped.
Customer service replaced the first set of brackets after about 4 months, 2 poles broke away leaving the poles dangling in the netting.
The same thing happened again about 6 months ago and when my mum called she was told it only had a year's warranty, tough.
This is a poor quality budget brand from a company with the same standards.
I don't recommend the brand or the company, go argos! Edit I wish I could add photos to this review.
Madfun, your reply is just lip service to make you look good here. You have already said you won't help. The Junk-Pro trampoline lived up to its name.

Well dealt with error
There was an error when processing my original order which they cancelled and refunded, that had left me feeling a bit perturbed but they called me to make amends and offered me a very good alternative for a good price.
Delivered within a couple of days and now the kids are bouncing away very happily.
Mistakes happen, it’s how you rectify them that shows the measure of customer service and for that, I cannot fault them.

The service from madfun was okay the courier was awful delivered two days late in a van that looked more like it collected scrap metal with.
customer services had no idea when it would be delivered and said the courier didn’t know where it was, happy with item and price when it finally arrived

We can see you ordered over the new year when the office and warehouse were closed. The item was despatched from the warehouse and took slightly longer to arrive at the delivery depot. As per our delivery policy, delays and disruptions can occur.
Customer services asked the courier to have this scheduled as a priority and it was delivered two days after it left our warehouse.

Disappointing service level full of excuses why things did not happen how they should
Ordered a 24ft pool waited all day on Friday for delivery tried to contact the mad fun office on Friday at around 3pm and just got a voicemail. I was told that I did not call by the customer services manager as I did not leave a voicemail. The incorrect tracking information ie the wrong delivery company was sent in the sales email so no way or tracking the delivery no one answering the phone on Friday. On Monday morning after I contacted them again I was sent the correct tracking information for the right company great but a little late by then. The pool finally arrived mid morning on Monday with part of the order missing which is apparently not mad funs problem as it comes from a third party supplier who did not notify them they were out of stock. I have just spoken to the customer services manager after requesting a call back to be be told we are a very small company and extremely busy and we don't have time to make sure the orders or order information is correct laughing under her breath as she advised me. She did apologise for all of the inconvenience and said there is nothing more she can do. Having raised her voice at me as well as laughing at me under her breath I felt we had to agree to disagree and leave it there.
Over all a very poor experiance I don't believe that using the excuse we are a small family run company and having no staff is defiantly not a valid excuse. As well as sending out incorrect information on sales emails as mad fun were not aware of an issue as they deal with hundreds of orders everyday and my order was the only one. if you don't have the resources to fulfill orders or the staff to make sure that the order information is correct then don't accept the orders.

We are sorry you couldn't get through to the office on the Friday afternoon. The phone is only not answered when all of the customer service staff are already on the phone.
Our phone system doesn't log calls that ring off and do not leave a message, so we don't know that you have rung. If you had left a message, we would have called you back.
We are sorry that the shipment email had the incorrect courier listed at the top. This has been raised with the IT department. I can see further down it had the correct courier details with tracking number. We are sorry that you didn't see that.
The item was delayed in leaving the warehouse, as one of the fork lift trucks broke down and this delayed the heavy, palletised products being despatched. Delivery services are working day services, so due to the weekend,
it arrived on the Monday.
The additional item you ordered does come from a 3rd party supplier. We are sorry they didn't tell us straight away that the item was out of stock. This generally arrives before the pool.
It was despatched to you as soon as they had the stock, which was later that week.
We are a small, family run company and sometimes we are down a staff member or two, due to annual holiday or sickness. It is regrettable but unavoidable.
We receive a high number of orders, the confirmation and shipment emails are generated by the system, we cannot check each one manually.
We are sorry if you felt that we did not take your call seriously or handle it in a professional manner. I can assure you that as a team we take all customer's issues seriously and work hard to resolve any problems with a professional approach.
Your order was received within a week, we are sorry it was not sooner. As per our delivery policy, delays and disruptions can occur.
We hope your family are enjoying the pool.

It's still in the box unfortunately one…
It's still in the box unfortunately one of my daughters has been suffering from post natal depression and I have been helping her to overcome it,
and have been unable to put this up yet. When I do I'm sure my nine young grandchildren will totally enjoy it I plan to attach it to the playhouse and make a big pirate ship with all the trimmings hopefully in time for summer holidays 😁I have now erected the pirate ship and connected it to playhouse added some extra wood had a pirate party and all 9 of my grandchildren loved it .

The zip has already broken and we’ve owned this for less than a month. The trampoline is irrelevant if the kids safety isn’t guaranteed. Have to now try and repair this myself. Really poor!!

Easy to order from
Easy to order from, turned up with no issues,the chosen delivery company does appear to have a bit of a bad rep but we had no issues with them, the product itself (rectangular ground trampoline) is brilliant!! The children have always had a circular step up to trampoline and this is soooo much better!

Very impressed with the Trampoline I…
Very impressed with the Trampoline I bought from MadFun. The build instructions were clear, although starting off with the main ring, a person doing it on their own was a little awkward. Might I suggest the use of that "Push Button" design fixing at this stage. Put together here, pops out there!
The rest of the initial build was easy. The lacing of the netting onto the bounce bed was straight forward although one more length of cord would be an advantage. Do away with those metal ends, they come off all to easily. Just melt the ends of the cord to prevent fraying.
My reason for 4stars rating. The website states next day delivery, it was 3 days.
First time using this company. When I spoke with them via the phone, I found them to be friendly and helpful.
I can recommend MadFun for your garden fun.

Brilliant trampoline
I don't often do reviews but felt this company was getting alot of bad reviews unfairly.
I bought the 9ft X 6ft jump pro trampoline and cannot fault it or the experience. The trampoline itself is amazing and just what my boys needed to burn off that extra energy.
Mad fun were great and responded to all my queries (even when I emailed 2 days after purchase to query why the delivery company seemed to be stuck at collection point) I have knocked 1 star off as the delivery company weren't very updating and it was missing 1 spanner from the box but that's not really mad funs fault and I'm sure if I emailed them they would have sent out a spare but I didn't need it as we have spanners.
As for the trampoline it was relatively easy to put together myself although the instructions aren't very clear so if u do decide to do it yourself check all the hole alignments before tightening the nuts or you'll have to pull it apart again, I'm not the strongest woman but with some perseverance it was up in a few hours with 2 happy kids bouncing away 😄
I would definitely recommend this company and the trampoline 😊.
